🦁I give The Lion King the Musical 10/10 stars! I saw it this March and it's the most spectacular show ever and it was a huge dream come true seeing it for the first time ever! Happy 25th Anniversary to the winner of the 1998 Tony Awards including Best New Musical!🦁
@@Broadwayfan1999 btw, about the roar in the actual show. I know some productions have the Simba actor do it live and some others have it pre recorded and used as a voiceover (example: the roar from Madrid was used in Madrid, obviously, as well as Mexico and London. And I think another English production as well. And the original Australian production’s roar was used in Australia, Dubai & the new Brazil production. Broadway currently have prerecorded voiceover and do it live (depending on which Simba they have if I’m correct), National tour, Japan, Korean and shanghai(?), original Brazil(?), both Dutch, new french all do it live. Germany uses pre recorded voiceover but I did see one finale with a different roar so assuming that one was done live. Also a production in hawaii had it done live (?) and so did London before Nick Afoa became Simba for that production. If I’m going on and on I apologise but it generally ponders me

I just got goosebumps seeing Simba, Mufasa, Nala, and Sarabi standing together! Very beautiful!
I love how simba just stands there in the begging 🤣🤣🤣
I like how Mufasa is standing in the shadows. It’s almost like he’s watching his son ascend the throne as the new king
