The day my son was born, me and my wife set up a college account for our son to pay for his college expenses. Both of us had to work our our way though collage, so we both knew how hard it was working and getting a degree at the same time. Now 17 years later we have managed to save enough money for our son to go to any college in the world. And that is where our son will get his college in the world, since me and wife have made a new rule about the college bank account. It can't be use for an American university.

Check out foreign universities too. A lot of them are doing this crap.

      That’s great!
The protesting students in American universities who have given these universities their money want these universities to stop using that money to support the commercial interests that fund the killing of millions of people in Gaza. I’m sure the protesters will agree that not giving these universities your money to begin with is even better!! Good on you!

Finally, an intelligent and logical discussion about this issue. We need more ethical leadership and moral clarity from the top down. Dr. Gallin is knowledgeable and a voice of reason.

I wonder why Dr. Stacy isn't a president at any of these campuses. She would be a wonderful fit and find a great balance between providing security to all students and protecting freedom of speech. She's written some amazing blogpieces for the newspaper Times of Israel as well.
    Brilliant woman

She probably wouldn't even be allowed into that position, given she displays far too much common sense for these academies to handle. Interesting times we're living in, I tell ya.

Each university should hold a debate of this issue. Any protestors would be expelled Arrested and fined if they disrupt the debate. The students must have accurate facts in order to debate the issue. We shouldn’t allow ignorance of the facts to form opinions. Also a call for tolerance.

Shafik and some of the other presidents' responses were so politic and so studied that they were really a non-response.

I saw most of the hearing (lol) and indeed, a bunch of P.C. 'non-responses' that skirt around the issue is what stood out to me the most.

I soooooo agree with this guest speaker.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NIV - Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
