I got into retro new wave because of Stranger Things. Found this and loved it. Had chills when it came on in Stranger Things season 4.
When I heard "there's a storm coming" in stranger things season 4 it gave me such a good feeling.
Stranger things is what introduced me to this music genre and dwtd has been my favorite artist ever since.
I got goose bumps. I listened to this album when Season 3 came out

It works a bit like Communist China but we will take a more subtle approach. End the 50 gender thing. Ican accept transgender but changing pronouns for every made up gender is not viable. All religions are accepted but if you refuse to follow the laws, you will be deported or thrown out the country regardless if you were born here. You will be thrown out the borders and if you attempt to come back in, you will be shot at. Basic things like food and drink will be shared equally. Healthcare will be free. Everyone will have a job to do unless they have a disability. There is other ways to contribute depending on the disability.

Retro Wave/Synthwave mixed with some Chiptune and Metal/Rock music. This channel is full of Retro Wave/Synthwave,Darkwave,Synth Pop ect.
I think DWTD is my favorite retrowave group. They use guitars unlike most other bands in the genre, and I think it just gives their music a more epic sound.
I absolutely agree! I was (and still am) looking for other epic retro wave artists, but couldn't find any that are just as epic as Dance with the Dead :/

I started watching Stranger Things after Jordy Leenaerts aka Timecop1983 recommended it to me when I met him just outside of the venue after a show. And I started watching Stranger Things S4 this week, and it was so well timed to hear *There's a storm coming* at that exact moment in the episode. Even though in the Stranger Things universe you should only hear music that existed in that period, synthwave and darksynth are perfect for Stranger Things.

Holy shit! EVERY single track from this album is gold! I had these guys subbed on soundcloud for a couple years and I listen to their work now and then and I really like it, but with this album they really overdid themselves. As if Hackerman hacked me back in time to drive around Neon City with my Testarossa, this music electrifies me.

Just saw them live in Paris, and just WOW ! This was one of the most intense lives I ever watched, the guys just dropped bangers after bangers in front of a crowd in full pogo mode, they had 0 pause between their songs, just incredible !
