I decided to purchase a property in LV to produce some rental income, but I also believe that LV is a growing market because 1- more and more California’s are moving there because the cost of living is here is too expensive for the average household income, and 2- the transplant of the Raiders next year will bring more in more revenue for the State. For example, the reintroduction of the LA Rams a couple of years ago really boosted the property value of Inglewood. I would like to know what your thoughts are about this...

Hey Big C, Enjoying your channel so far. Production comments: Try a 3 point lighting set up including a backlight behind you. If you're going to wear a hat, don't use the overhead light. It's casting a shadow down your face and chest. Grab a complementing colors chart and select pairs for the trim light around your backdrop and your shirt color. That green and purple doesn't work. LoL That lavelier mic on your left makes you sound slightly louder/clearer when leaning to your left reading a paper. Try centering a mic lavelier/stand/boom. I will be branching to new acting/modeling agency soon and looking to invest in the area. Will definitely look you up.

The studio seems nice but I’m an audio engineer and you have to fix a few things with whoever your audio guy is . He doesn’t have your voice set up correctly.
You would be nuts to buy a home right now. Soo many homes for sale because the sellers want to get rid and make money because it’s about to go bust. Brought about by student loan defaults and corporate debt etc. I’m wondering who are the fools buying right now.
This is my "go to" realtor. I've purchased two properties with his patience and wisdom.
