I'm 5 months out of bilateral knee replacements and I can barely walk a mile. I was always fit and did strength exercises right up to just before my surgery. So frustrated because I was really looking forward to getting back in the saddle again.
Gez, sorry about your audio. Sounded interesting but just couldn't hear it.
Lots of "may"'s in the presentation. Tells me they don't know for sure. 8 months post-op TKA and I'm squatting, deadlifting and doing other heavy lifting. Maybe not as much as I was prior operation but I expect I'll get there.
Each patients' return to activity after surgery differs depending on their circumstance. We work with our patients to develop treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. If you need advice, please contact any of our offices to schedule an appointment for a consultation.
How about low weight leg press

I completed a bilateral knee replacement 1 year ago this month and I want to run again, I have always been super active, I was on the bike 3 days after surgery, hiking 3 miles after one month, wake surfing at two months, cycling 50k at 3 months as well as going to work, full mountain biking 1500 vertical climbing and now training for an Ironman and would any help and support on training tips to improve my chances of completion. Will you help?
Thanks Tony Castro
