When you don’t it tricks your mind to think all of the world is stupid, cruel, hurtful and more. I say everyone is special because I believe in God. He created us all for a reason. I'm currently listening to Perry Como and it's putting me in the best dancing mood although I'm sooo tired right now. Hahaha, it's only one day. We complain so much that we forget to enjoy life with its ups and downs, with our loved ones and the blessings we take for granted. As a cool movie once said, it's called the human race for a reason, most of us are in such a hurry. I used to be that person too until God helped me awaken. As Eckhart Tolle said, awakening usually happens when one has suffered enough. I know I'm SO lucky to have found love, let go of limiting beliefs and step into the new stage in life. I went to search for a light study playlist. Which I have NEVER searched. Typed in CZcams, and this was sitting on my front screen as recommended before I even searched anything. And the cartoon is literally my dog and I. And the sound is exactly what I wanted to search for. this is insane. Thank you.

I've been getting stress stomach aches for days and haven't been able to shake them. I'm taking prescribed meds for both the stress/anxiety and the stomach pain. I've been in therapy for literally decades. It's not the first time this has happened, but normally once I realize it's stress I can get it under control....not this time. This morning when I sat down to work, my stomach started hurting, I felt my jaw clenching, my shoulders tightening....I decided to put on some music to help me calm down and focus on the now.
~10 minutes later I realized my stomach ache was gone. ~30 minutes later I've knocked out two tasks and my stomach still doesn't hurt. Thank you for this playlist! There's still work for me to do in order to resolve the stress issues, but this music is helping SO MUCH.
