  • Have brain fog that just doesn't seem to go away? Try these 4 exercises to help increase blood flow, build brain activity, and fire up your sympathetic nervous system.
Everybody gets brain fog from time to time. But what about when it seems to last for days or weeks? That's what we're focusing on today. Long-term brain fog can progress and even build into scarier neurological symptoms.
We'll start with a case study of a 55-year-old man who had long-term brain fog like this and then what easy, at-home exercises helped him through it. You'll learn the neuroscience behind this type of haziness and what it would look like if you were to get an MRI. Luckily, you don't need one to do these exercises.
You'll also learn what doesn't clear up most of these cases despite being extremely common advice. So, if you've tried other methods, don't worry. This isn't more of the same.
You won't need any equipment unless you count shoes to take yourself on a good walk.
Try to spend at least 20 minutes, four days a week, on the first exercise. The others will give you the best results for a clear head if practiced every single day. If you're ambitious or impatient to return to a clear mental place, you can do these multiple times each day.
If these exercises help you clear the fog, then tap the like, subscribe, and notify buttons to get more tips on restoring and improving your brain function and mental performance. If there is anything else you're curious about, we'd love to hear from you in the comments!

Can you talk about the role of VO2 max and brain fog at all?

perhaps my brain fog is extreme, but I can not locate "a blue button below" to click anywhere. Would like to see the video. Is there another way you can provide the link?

      Hey!
I thought that I might also have some brain fog so rewatched the video and searched the transcript. Daniel does not mention a blue button. Sounds like you saw an ad that made that reference. Feel free to ignore it.
Thanks for watching and let us know if you have any more questions :)
