Big yes for the Prada loafers. I got the Prada loafers with a slightly thicker sole but not the super chunky ones and they are so so comfortable for me. Just get you regular size and wear them a couple time with thin socks to break them in. I originally got them in April of 2021 and I was already in fear of being too late for the trend. I would highly recommended them. And the Mach & Mach closed toe shoes are 👩🏻🍳💋!

I have the Prada loafers in a wine color and most comfy shoe from day 1!
I live in NYC and also walk a lot. The Uggs will tempt you to wear them constantly… but if you’re like me and your feet needs some support- after a while it took a toll on my ankles. So be intentional about not binge wearing them if you get them.

I love my uggs. I have like 5/6 pairs lol. I would say if you wanna try them out try the Tasman slipper or the mini ones. I love my slippers and those you can wear outside. I have them in chestnut and prefer that color over the black.

I love your choices! Last week, I just purchased the new saddle style Chanel Boy bag in black caviar. I also prefer lambskin but I am loving this bag. Wear what you love! I am 5'2" (1.58m) with slightly heavier thighs (ballet, sports, equestrian etc) and and can tell you from experience wide leg can be tough translate on tiny people. It is about proportion. I found you have three choices to get around this: 1) Look for a looser fit straight leg cargo (not one called"wide" leg). Being petite, most straight legs appear wide leg when shortened. If you cannot find that has a wide enough vibe.... 2) I found a modern high rise "barrel" leg pant gave me the wide leg look, yet the slight taper at bottom didn't overwhelm me. Not all barrel legs are the same. Look for one that has a slight taper. Not too much. My favorite so far is by Frame. I bought them (from Farfetch!) in a cargo style and then every color of the rigid denim the had last spring. Another option might be Veronica Beard or Ganni. 3) Invest in getting a pair tailored!! Hemming is the easy part. Take your favorite cargos to a really good tailor and see what magic they can do to make them your dream pants (and how much it costs). Cargos can have a lot of detail which can make tailoring costly, difficult or in some cases impossible. But I will tell you a life's truth here. The cost for tailoring doesn't matter if you end up loving and wearing the item. It may seem like a lot to spend, but if it fits awesome, you will wear the item much more, making the cost per wear pennies. An EXCELLENT TAILOR is a petite persons best asset when it comes to clothing. Never forget that. They can get the proportions right for your body shape and height.

@@JesuisLou You are very welcome! As crazy as it sounds, trimming even 1cm off in the right places can make all the difference when you are short. Anytime you go to a tailor, always communicate (even bring photos) the overall look you are trying to achieve. A good tailor will be honest if an alteration will look good on your body type (I have been told NO WAY before) LOL. Don't fret. I found that when a trend might not really make you look your best, good communication between you and your tailor will result in a compromise that achieves a similar vibe, yet looks totally amazing on you. Tailors are true artists.
