Tip: I know this is your version.... But with official curry goat, you cook the dry species and some wet spices in the oil, before adding the meat. That is how the flavor is generated (the trick). So no need for butter. Enjoy!
You can deffo make a vegetarian version using similar spices! I recently started incorporating more vegetarian dishes into my diet and their so tasty!! X
