Troy Baker did the voice. He also voiced for Joel in The Last Of Us, which I REAALLY wish was on the xbox or pc :c. Bioshock (the three games) are on Steam and can be played on that assuming you have a good computer (8gb of ram and a good processor is usually recommended). There's also the xbox 360 version.
