- He was trying to order a painting job from our workshop 30 years ago.
But his Camaro couldn't come to our workshop because the engine broke down.
Thirty years have passed since then.
He had a very cute daughter and was about to celebrate his 21st birthday.
That's right. He prepared a pink corvette for his daughter's birthday gift.
Our workshop painted the Corvette in pink for him.

This color is a special order for overseas factories! The name of the nice color is "Magic Flake Violet Pink"! I painted the popular Corvette Stingray with the wonderful color "Magic Flake".

My neighbour and I painted my old Honda Civic. I wanted a black base with holographic metal flake. During this process, I realised how much labour and effort goes into painting. Especially with metal flake, with all of the sanding, clearing, sanding, clearing, sanding and polishing. You made this look so easy. Excellent job. I’m sure most people don’t truly understand how much time really goes into painting a car the right way. Sanding and wet sanding is very tedious and time consuming. But even the best paint job in the world is only as good as the bodywork underneath… 👍🏼 nice job with this one

Absolutely outstanding paint job, no skimping on the edges, door jambs. Each pass of the gun wetting up the previous pass to eliminate tramlines. The colour sanding between the next stages. That’s how you paint a car. The owner must be delighted. Took me back to when I used to do custom paint work.

Not a car painter man is an artist. Stunning. Skill distance from car change row overlap attention to details and metalflake clear and sands the orange peel then more clear. I've tried to learn to airgun paint watch this video his techniques. Professional and artwork.

Not to mention the lines look good bc almost all older corvettes and not straight and then to make a heavy flake flat and smooth. Paint jobs like this is so much more time consuming than a plain color. Good stuff

From one painter to another this turned out amazing. I mostly do collision work so I don't get many of these kinds of jobs. Was sure a long process. I bet it was a challenge keeping a wet edge on that front clip, very nicely done.

I live in the UK and that takes me back to when I was about 15 I'm 54 now but my dad had a Buick special compat 1961 and was in a American car club that used to meet up some of the cars that had flakes in where unbelievable just watching your video has taken me back to them happy days it was a joy a master at work thank you sir

Daddy's girl for sure. And in the Barbie Doll Corvette - this dude got it right. Can you imagine turning 21 and getting a 1981 corvette with a kick-ass paint job like this? It wouldn't surprise me if she was jumping up and down squeeling like a little kid - I know I would have. Although some don't like the colour. Remember it's a 21 year old girl and she's going to have the most unique colour corvette likely in her prefecture.
