We catch up with Ben Johnston from BIffy Clyro about his favourite Reading & Leeds moments as he looks forward to the band's headline slot this weekend.
Saw these chaps at Reading and they are quality. They earned their headline spot this year through hard graft and they showed how much they deserved to be there. 'Mon the Biff... see you in Paris in November.
1,That's in your opinion, 2. If they were shit they wouldn't of got to where they have, and 3, If you don't like them why look at this video whats the point, and 4 I'm not your mate
Well, that's the fate of every band that wanna grow. Their last 3 albums are actually more mainstream but they're still fill with emotion, great song and ballad and frekin great riff (that golden rule is so far their best song to me, Sounds like Ballons have an epic riff, Living is a problem is powerfull...)
@@EmergHad don't kid yourself look at a band like radiohead their music is just got more and more interesting biffys on the other hand has got simpler more poppy when everyone all knows full well that they are more than capable of writing something new and progressive but they stick with the diluted version of the band they used to be

I'm pretty sure they are not at all.....
Biffy Clyro is not a bad band. Actually, they WEREN'T a bad band, until now. They have gone for a more mainstream radio-friendly sound, which sucks.

Accessibility doesn't determine whether or not art is good. Honesty does.

@@GFEBMX not every band is Radiohead though ;p (and i love and admire the fact that they stick to their artistic moral rather than going full pop)
