My idea for evil Elsa:
When Anna was frozen, Elsa was at her final straw. She froze Hans, but that wasn't all. To vent even more, she froze everything and everyone until it was The Last Snowball Earth. She ruled as the dictator of all the land and for citizens, she made snowmen. Since she became the most evil, the gods froze her until she was nothing more than an ice statue.

Evil Rapunzel reminds me of the Futakutchi onna. It is a Japanese monster that is a sentient hair born on starving woman. The hair being Rapunzel is like the hair monster, both are living hair. Good job, regardless if that was your intention or not.
The most cursed thing about Rapunzel is that she was originally a German blue eyed blonde haired girl
All of the Disney princess designs looked awesome! Even though Rapunzel scares me a little lol. My favorite design was Moana🤩🤩🤩. Your art is amazing!!😄 Um, It’s a little curious to see how princess Tiana from the Princess and the Frog would look if she were evil🤔😅😄😇
A fact I just realized: Hans wasn’t basically the villain, (in my opinion) Bc in one of the scenes the little “🧌”(I forgot what their called) they were singing and one of the words in the song said “Fiancé” which probably ment that they wanted Christoph (I think that’s his name) to get rid of Hans , and probably marry Anna or smth. So the 🧌 Probably made Hans evil, that resulting Hans and Anna’s relationship to break, then when he found Elsa He was maybe still in his evil phase, and lied abt Anna being dead, but when he tried to kill her he probably snapped out of it. The only obvious reason he tried to kill Elsa is because he discovered her ice powers and Realized if she can’t control it then the Whole of AaronDell would be frozen bc of Elsa.
What I’m trying to say is he’s not the bad guy or the main character…he’s just…idk
(btw not hating on your theory i’m just saying what i think) i’m pretty sure Hans didn’t hear the stone gremlin things. also he says in the movie that he’s had that evil plan for a while, since he had seven older brothers, so there was no way he’d be king. his plan was to date the queen so he’d be king, but Elsa obviously wasn’t going to date him. but when Anna came over she wanted love so bad that she fell in love with him and was fine with becoming g his fiancé on the day they met, his plan was to marry Anna, kill Elsa, and become queen. but since Anna was going to die and Elsa could be accused of murder (because she froze(n) Anna’s heart) since there would be no spouse or someone that could take the place of king/queen it would be hans since Anna had left him in charge.
Who else heard Gabe say “yayy” after Sona finished the full frozen story.

Might I suggest doing Disney girls who aren’t princesses if they were evil? You could do Mirabel from Encanto.
I loved your concept for Rapunzel, but there is an episode series that plays into a song that makes Rapunzel do kinda what you said it did (just minus the broken limbs and stuff) I highly recommend it!
I found it kind of ironic how you're drawing Elsa as being evil even though in the original story the movie had been based off of, the snow queen was evil so that means that you were basically drawing Elsa if she was the snow queen which on its own is super awesome.

I just realized the reference with the heart in Moana 😭 In case some people didn't know, there is the saying that evil people "have no heart," so when Maui took the heart, she became evil. :)

There was a series for Tangled where they introduce weird black spikes that are growing and it's later revealed that Rapunzel is connected to the rocks and is also later revealed that there's a moon stone which is the opposite of the sun flower and it basically does the same thing as the red flower you created

In Tangled the series Rapunzel actually does turn evil I recommend watching it so you can find out what happens it's really interesting

Little theory about Moana:
Moana, died in the storm. Maui is her guardian angel, and they are in some kind of afterlife. Something that supports this theory is that she only interacts with demigods, gods, non-human creatures, and her dead grandmother. Some also believe that Te Fiti brought her and Hei Hei back to life.
(This is a theory, not a fact!)

Here's an idea from my favorite Disney movie Brave: (if you haven't watched it then you don't have to do this lol)
Around the end of the movie, Merida fails to save her Mother and she is now forever a wild bear, Merida devastated, she waited for the Witch to come back as she asks for a curse to where she also can too become the bear, the Witch told Merida that she found a new spell that could work better, so she takes it, though the Witch refused not to tell what will happen, Merida turns into a terrifying monster where she had no control over herself, destroying everything in site, Merida is still inside though, and she grows stronger in rage for the witch and her fate that happened, so when she was strong enough, she took control, and got her revenge.

Maybe you could do Merida from brave like Mordú injured her and on her journey she doesn’t “mend the bond torn by pride”and her mom and lil bros have permanently turned in to bears,and her dad being the hunter he is hunts them down not knowing it’s them,so she tries to make another deal with the witch to bring her family back but ends up failing her task (again)and is now an evil version of the wisps that originally started her journey.(wow I just realised how sad this sounds😢😅)
