I think the cod provincial is delicious, but you really need to make sure you cook it all the way through. I have found that if I cook it for the number of minutes specified on the back, it’s undercooked. Probably just my microwave though.

I haven’t watched this episode yet and I have a question if anyone has tried the Mediterranean style hummus. It has goodies on top and I’m wondering if you’re supposed to stir it up or just dip and eat. It has pine nuts and olive oil and some spices I believe. The problem is once I have enjoyed the first couple layers the rest is just blah. (Maybe I should add more goodies)😅
I was at TJ's on Tuesday. Did not have the heart wreath. Did have the pizza seasoning and the Italian wedding soup. Hubby asked me to buy 2 jars and he tried it the next day and did not like it that much. Now I am stuck with an extra jar! I also got the new coffee and cocoa. Realized when I got home that you need to brew it and I don't have a brew pot. So I am making cold brew with it. I can't find my moka pot. Where did it go??? So I will let you know what I think when I have cold brew from it. Hubby is interested in it. I told him I have to make cold brew and then heat it up. So I will look for some of the newer things next week.

You can preserve your dips longer if you use a clean spoon to scoop out what you need rather than use a chip or pretzel.
