The U.S. is required to break everything thing down when it comes to ingredients. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. The U.K. isn't.
Not sure about the UK but it is true in the USA, and the ingredients have to be listed by their scientific name which makes laypeople nervous.
Correct. Thats why it always seems like the items in the US have tons more things added in, (and sometimes they might), but its mostly just because we are required to list them.
correct, which is why i find it funny when ppl make fun of the US when it’s literally the same thing as everywhere else except we list ours in more detail unlike everywhere else it’s more simplified. but i’m not gonna lie, the US does add other ingredients to maintain color, freshness, etc
I don't believe the UK has any food labeling laws. I've seen plenty of the Food Wars episodes where they can't get the ingredients for a UK restaurant.
Yeah ,most of the “ scary chemical” names are just vitamin B2 -B12.
Be aware, that the food labeling laws in the US are different than in the UK. The US is more strict about listing ingredients, so instead of for instance listing "Mozzarella Cheese" as an ingredient in the UK, in the US you might list "Mozzarella Cheese" as an ingredient, but then have to list the ingredients for what makes up "Mozzarella Cheese". For instance, the cultures and enzymes, starch, milk, cellulose, salt, etc... listed in the US mozzarella cheese are in fact just normal ingredients of mozzarella, even in the UK and Europe. We just have to list them out here, where as in the UK you may not.
Surely there may be some additional synthetics in US foods, more-so than in the UK, but many of these are also in UK foods as well, rather they are omitted from the ingredients in the UK due to food labeling laws being more lax there.
😂😆 Maybe because in the USA ppl sue if they have an allergic reaction
@@MarySpain1958 I suppose they could, they seldom do though.
The food labeling regulations are about consumer information. You can see the FDA food labeling regulations at fda dot gov/food/food-labeling-nutrition if you want. It is all about informing the consumer so they know what they are eating, and can make individual choices about their food. If a consumer wants to not eat MSG, they would need to know what food contains MSG. This is useful to people with allergies, but also for religious reasons as well as people with conscientious ideological issues with certain ingredients. People cannot affect their choices without the appropriate information.
My wife has a citrus allergy, and citrus is contained in many foods, usually in a natural form, and often as a simple preservative. This labeling is important for us to prevent EpiPen usage and trips to the ER.
What makes you say it's more strict? I've looked up the rules and they seem very similar, but only seem to relate to packaged products, such as frozen pizza, rather than restaurant made products.
@@Jamie_D Here is an example that you can look up yourself that I just did:
When looking up the ingredients on Domino's UK website, the pizzas to show plenty of things. But for instance with Mozzarella Cheese, it breaks down the ingredients of Mozzarella Cheese as simply "MILK", and while this is the main ingredient in Mozzarella Cheese, you cannot make Mozzarella Cheese with only milk. You additionally require salt, enzymes (rennet), and probably some citrus. If you only have milk, you cannot make Mozzarella Cheese.
These ingredients are listed on the US labels for the same. This can make identical products _appear_ less natural in the states vs the UK, even if they are actually identical.
Of course there are many US products that do have more synthetics in them, but generally a food product in the UK will have a shorter ingredients list than in the US, whether or not it actually has less overall ingredients. The US FDA is very strict on food labels and will include petty things including the food colorings and components of those food colorings. Often times an normal ingredient will have a scientific name and that scientific name will be used rather than the colloquial name for the same thing, such as "sodium bicarbonate" being used over the term "baking soda" which makes it seem more synthetic. Another common example in the US is the listing of "amylose and amylopectin", which is just "starch". This again makes a food seem more synthetic and artificial than it really might be.
I promise, American food isn't usually quite as different and unhealthy from the food the rest of the world as those people would seem to believe.
So basically they are being lied to so hippies won't cry about things they can't pronounce.
Millie's face and the 'Are you havin' me on?' remark over the prices, was the best thing I have seen all day!!
Us U.S. people got it good.
The disconnect in the perception of various chains there vs here is wild too. Dominos was never premium, they just popularized pizza delivery in the suburbs.
@@JustMe-dc6ks That’s for sure. UK: “Domino’s is soooo good!” US: “We can’t get a good pizza delivered here, so I guess it’ll have to be Domino’s. Are you sure you really want pizza?”
I had a 14", 3-topping, hand-tossed pizza yesterday. It cost $7.99.
My husband and I generally do not order Domino’s unless they have their 2-item pizza special for $5.99! Sorry James and Millie, I don’t mean to get you upset about our prices.
American law requires all ingredients to be listed by their scientific name. That means if there are two different types of salt, each one is listed separately. Moreover, every ingredient in the cheese must be listed as well, along with the sauce and flour. Cheese has many ingredients and they are named separately too.
Lots of the ‘additives’ to our wheat flour are B vitamins. That makes it ‘enriched’ flour. And remember, we grow and make loads of these ingredients here in our ‘bread basket’ part of the country. Still, after all of this, I cannot eat pizza anymore. Gluten free and tomatoes give me migraines. Sigh
Get a gluten free white pizza. My husband gets those from time to time.
@@barbaramelone1043 Thanks but I cannot tolerate any of that. No cheese. No veg. Pretty sad.
Mix and match items in my area are $5.99 each and $6.99 for delivery (minimum 2 items).
As far as pizzas go, that's a medium 2 topping pizza.
Yep, same for my area and it's great get 2 medium 2-topping Pizzas with that deal have dinner and another dinner tomorrow:)
Domino's is like the second cheapest national pizza chain in the US.
Papa John's and Pizza Hut are both more expensive, Papa John's by a large margin.
Little Caesar's is the only chain I can think of that's cheaper than Domino's.
I think Domino's pizza is also better than the others.
Agreed. Little Ceaser’s is a good option if you want a large pizza and cheap. It’s about $7.50 now because of inflation where I am in California, but it used to be just $5 a few years ago. It’s ok pizza, you get what you pay for.
Dominos is usually my go-to. For not that much money, it’s pretty tasty. And they almost always have deals.
Papa John’s is usually for a special occasion as it’s pretty expensive. It’s definitely good, but I don’t like it as much as Domino’s.
As to Pizza Hut, I can’t say. Haven’t been to one in years. Only one near me closed almost a decade ago due to its bad location and that another pizza joint that’s family owned and just a bit further away is much better and cheaper.
@@matthewmspace its actually more than OK its remarkably good pizza in fact, they took a bunch of pizza addicts and tested if they could see which pizza was which and than rate each pizza while blind folded. the people tested universally agreed that little ceasars was the best tasting when they had a blind fold on.
@@houseofaction You know they selectively pick who they include in those ads, right? They wouldn’t include anyone who says it’s not good.
A local pizza shop here in Vista, Ca. has 28 and 36 inch diameter pizzas available....
Nasty Pizza like most fast food
There is a pizzeria near me that makes a 24" Party Pizza cost about $36 (we add extra meat toppings, $32 starting cheese topping, $2 per added topping) Feeds my family of 5 with a little left over for lunch for the kids the next day. Hand-tossed and fire-baked, the best pizza I have had at a place called Rocco's Pizza.
Domino's is very cheap in the U.S. Pizza Hut is more expensive
At my local Domino's, an extra large pepperoni runs around $18.
Nearest Domino's to where I live is about 90 miles away... We do have a pretty good local pizzeria though. A small there is 14 inch, a large is 18 and an extra large is 36 inches. Price wise the small is 10 buck, the large is 16 and the extra large is 30.
I live in Texas and we can get medium-sized for $5.99 3 topping or large 3 toppings $7.99. A lot of the items in the dough are vitamins. Sorry guys!
Here in NC a large usually runs close to $20 unless there's a special going on.
I used to love Dominos in the 80s but in the mid 90s something changed and it became literally inedible to me. I haven't been able to determine what changed but it happened with Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Taco Bell as well. All of them changed between 1993-96.
As other comments said, a lot of the time, the ingredients are the same or very similar, but the FDA says that food ingredients must be listed with their makeup/parts as well. Some countries say "yellow wax peppers" instead of "banana peppers" because they're a bright yellow with just a tint of green. Dominoes is one of the cheaper places, yes. Pizza Hut, on the other hand is getting just stupidly expensive where I live, but, then again, I don't get plain 1 or 2 topping pizzas. That's just about the only way that Pizza Hut is cheap, but I really don't like very plain pizza. Always remember one thing, though. The US is the only first world nation where junk food is cheaper than healthy food.
I can usually get a medium, 3 topping pizza, stuffed cheesy bread and the cookie/brownie desert for a total of about $23.....I always pick it up myself.....that's all with their $5.99 per item deal plus a little extra for a premium topping.
tosweet68, I hope you don't eat all of that in 1 sitting by yourself, or you'll be too short for your weight in no time.
This was admittedly a while ago, but when I was living in the dorms food service was shut down on Sunday nights so you had to get dinner out. Domino's had three mediums for $15 so you'd get two other people to order with and get enough pizza for dinner and a snack for $5.
I pick up the meal deal 2 medium one topping pizzas 1 litter coke product one order of garlic knots one order of cinnamon knots and it runs $20.00
20 pound a pizza?!?! Shit...that's expensive!
Dominoes here in Phoenix (website) is $7.99 combos can go to $20. I can get a frozen pizza in the grocery store for that price or less. Most frozen are $5 and up
I loved Millie's reaction to the wedges.
Pizza dough is so easy to make! Pizzas don't have to be round!
400 grams flour, 350 cc water, 11 gas yeast, 5 cc salt (flavor plus control yeast growth) 15 cc sugar 15 cc olive oil (last 2 soften dough a bit, sugar feeds the yeast). Mix then knead. Let rest in covered bowl until doubled in size OR in the fridge overnight (flavor improves!)
Without a discount, a large pepperoni pizza I would order is $21
I watched an Irish reaction "trying" channel of Domino"s Pizza, posted Oct. 6, 2017, and it was mentioned Domino's was not usually ordered, because of the high prices. This video just confirmed that the UK franchises of Domino's costs roughly twice what we pay in the U.S. A Domino's Pizza opened very close to me a few months ago. Domino's improved the quality of their pizzas several years ago, so I am a happy man. Not only is the menu price about half the UK price, but I also use the Internet discounts for in-person pickup.
Its 13.99 for an extra large here but there's usually a monthly deal which makes it 18 for the pizza, brradsticks, and a 2 liter of soda
I usually get 3 medium pizzas for our family at 5.99 each (at Domino's), so it is dinner for 6 people costs about $20.
When I get Pizza from a local Pizzeria called BlackJack. I get two XL size Pizzas both hand tossed crust. The 1st one comes with a BBQ base with chicken & banana peppers aka a "western pizza" and the 2nd one with regular base coming with Italian sausage & green olives. Both of those together with a tip for having it delivered comes to under $40 USD.
The lava cakes are great and do Not need the icing. Lol.
In the US Dominos is like the last place you want to go to, well correction Papa John is the one to avoid than Dominos. The mom-and-pop stores are the best options. One near me has a 24-inch pizza for about $24. They run deals so you can get it down to about $18 if you catch them on the right days. Their Pizza is way better than Dominos or Pizza Hut.
The prices here depend on delivery charges, coupons, and the number of toppings. Banana Peppers are essentially cut Pepperoncinis. We can order bottles of soda: 20 fluid ounce bottles or 2 liter bottles of Coke products or 20 fluid ounce bottle of water; they're seriously over-priced but they came in handy during covid if you were infected. If you weren't, head to Wal-Mart and pay 1/3 of Domino's price. Domino's also recently had a cinnamon bread twist with an apple dipping sauce. The problem is they only sent one, so you either had to scoop some of it out of their dish or trust you friends/family not to double-dip their bread twists.
If I go to pick it up (I have one less than a 4 minute drive from where I live) I can get a 3 topping carryout deal for $7.99. I can get a large Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza delivered for $14.54 of course that's before tax and tip (I don't do a tip if I pick it up) but still nowhere near as much as you guys have to pay. They usually have some good combo deals as well. BTW those garlic knots we get are like crack. You'll eat way more than you want if you don't stop yourself. That icing is for their cinnamon dessert which is a lot like a cinnamon roll.
Little Ceazars and Dominos originated in Detroit and both the owners has owned the Detroit Tigers and as of now Little Ceazars owns the Red Wings(NHL)
When I was a freshman at University, I could get an 18 inch pizza delivered to my dorm for 6.99 plus tip. This was in 2004.
My preferred pizza toppings: pepperoni, green peppers, onions, and banana peppers.
Lava cakes are so good
Sometimes you see, a pizza place nextdoor to a Dominos.which one do you go to? In the USA the answer is easy.
Poor Millie fuming over the fact that Domino’s is a steal here lol
We have Italian pizza shops in New Jersey and if you go there you can get a 36-inch Pizza for like $25 two slices in one of the extra large pizza boxes for the whole 36in pizza you get five extra large pizza boxes that have two slices in each box.
2 medium 2 topping pizzas is $12.77 total here in TX
The extra large in the us was the brooklyn style
Yes I remember the last time you were talking about how expensive Domino’s was there . But at least in my area Domino’s it’s cheap as you can get
When you mentioned £40-£60, doing the math, I was like DAMN!
What I usually get at Pizza Hut is now over $60, but that's still cheaper than what they'd pay in pounds at the UK Dominoes.
The US has to name all the stuff that it has in the food like pizza and etc
Sometimes Domino’s has sales in the United States where you get two medium pizzas for Five dollars or $10
The last pizza I bought was $27 for a large pizza. That was yesterday. That was a combination, who eats a cheese only pizza.
Domino's pricing in the UK really frustrates me too, but one thing to consider is that US VAT is not always charged on takeaway food. In the UK, it is always included in the price.
The thing with the ingredient differences is that they are pretty much the same. The difference comes in the labeling. Laws in the US require every ingredient to be listed down to its most basic component. In the UK, for example, flour is listed as “flour.” In the US, flour is broken down into every component that went into the flour. The same with all ingredients. With a few exceptions, the ingredients are exactly the same.
The long list of ingredients in the USA are mostly vitamins and everything has to be listed.. in the UK, they don’t list everything and just call it “flavorings” or “starter culture” etc…
Domino's is our household's go to budget pizza. We split a medium pizza 2 topping for $7.99
In suburban NY I can get an independent pizzerias large pie on Monday’s for 8.00 dollars. Include half pepperoni and it is 10.00. Some places may charge 12 but then the slices are humongous.
In the US, Domino's is the 'cheap' pizza. Not as cheap as Little Caesars.
the most logical reason i can think of it being cheaper is because the u.s is much larger so there are more dominos and as such higher profit and as such CHEAPER
I miss there bread bowls. My favorite was the Mac and cheese and added bacon. Soo good. They didn’t deliver to my town so I only had it when I went to my friends house. They wouldn’t deliver to her house either bc it was out of town. But if we walked maybe 50 ft to her grandfathers house they would deliver. So that’s what we did
One of the components to the price of a pizza is the economy of scale of the company. Via a quick Google search in 2021 the US had ~6500 Domino's outlets versus the UK with less 1200.
Dominos employee here.
Large is about 15 - 18 dollars
Medium is about 12 - 15 dollars
Small (Personal) is about 10 - 12 dollars
NOTE* Be forewarned that not all American Dominos carry 16' pizzas (Extra large)
Most people also think in the US that the delivery charge is a tip for the driver. It is not. It covers the driver in insurance in case of accidents.
Dominos is actually one of the only companies that do pizza that the large is NOT cut into 10 slices Vs 8 slices.
Yeah like a large Supreme Pizza which is basically drag the garden throw it on top and melt cheese with some meat and sauce it's like 17 18 bucks they getting into like the meat lovers pizzas and stuff that's extra deep dish now that's about a $20 pie easy
Domino's is from MICHIGAN!! Woop Woop!! Shoutout Ann Arbor.
little ceasers is also from michigan. Pizza pizza. $5.00 pizza.
I feel like Domino's should have gone out of business along with Blockbuster, because somehow in my mind the two are just linked.
In the U.S Domino's had a much better taste in the 80's - 90's back when they delivered in 30 minutes or less or it was free . 😁
The USA guy always gets it wrong tbh. Domino's XL is only available as one style of crust, Brooklyn style, it's not just a size you can choose for any crust. So I personally wouldn't even count that, you can't even get their original crust in that size. And as far as pricing, in my area Domino's medium 1 topping pizzas are $7.99 plus tax ($1+) if you're picking it up, if not you'll also have the delivery fee ($5.50) and tip ($10-$15). And each additional topping is almost $3 more. So for example if my husband and I get 2 medium 2 topping pizzas, that's closer to $11 per pizza, add tax, delivery, and tip and it's easily closer to $40. I know that's still pretty reasonable but it's a far stretch from thinking $8 pizzas means 2 for $16 when it's really more like $40. And if you get the specialty pizzas, mediums are also around $11.
Also for the ingredients, it only sounds bad if you don't know anything about food/nutrition or laws, tbh. In the USA ingredients must be listed a certain way, almost the first 10 were vitamins. It only sounds bad because it's latin.
Yeah, he does it to deliberately mislead the international audience and make the US look worse in comparison.
I just get a frozen supreme pizza for 5$ and might add some extra pepperoni, good for me. I dont pay 20+ $ for a pizza. Northern US here.
6:05, it may sound that the United States has more ingredients in their wheat flour however the difference is we have to list the ingredients which wheat flour is made of unlike the UK
I have no idea what the price of Dominos is because in my book I just see it as low quality pizza for kids. I don't mind low quality if it's cheap also so my choice would be Little Caesars. But a good quality chain pizza to me is Round Table but our best would be our locally owned (Reno, NV) no chain pizza restaurants.
3:45, might be a big reason why many Americans are big people we have so much more portion sizes for the price.
Dominos is considered fairly low-end pizza here in the US, and priced accordingly.
We always buy dominoes for vacation Bible school. 5.99 for large single topping. So we can get 15 pizzas for less than 100$
I hold the record of the fastest delivery at domino's.
I delivered it while he was still on the phone ordering.
True story
was curious to see if this video was little dated because of inflation happening and prices going up. To my surprise a large cheese pizza was $14.99 so not that much of a difference where I live. Of course delivery fee are crazy expensive being $5 or more and not including tip on top of that.
Millie @ 3:30. Thank you for making my weekend! 😂
I'm not sure what part of the US the American was from, and the only reason that even matters is because different regions in the US will oftentimes have different selections on their menu. But, at least where I live in the South of the US, he left out quite a few items from the menu that I know.
I worked at domino's and I got free food every day and food to take home and discounts when I wasn't working. And it was fun to make anything you wanted, stuff not on the menu, you just have everything in front of you so you can get creative. We would make cinnamon rolls, get dough and stretch it really thin and chop up chicken and put cheese on it and another thin dough on top and make a chicken quesadilla, you can add hot sauce or anything you want. I could bring marinated steak from home and make a pan pizza with onions and put it through the oven, it was delicious! I could make one big bread twist with the dough like a pretzel and put it through a couple of times and butter it and then bring some nacho cheese and add some jalapenos and pineapple that were in the oven. I didn't get paid that much while working there but you get compensated with all the free stuff so that makes it better. Some people love to bitch about the prices and ingredients of every food place but it's like well then make and grow and prepare and consume everything you eat and be happy and shut the fuck up. Or get a job there and change it to what you want, won't do that?, didn't think so. Those people are just like the south park episode you're not yelping!
We ordered Domino's tonight. Each of us got a medium pizza. It was $17.97 for all 3 of them. We'll have some of it for breakfast and lunch also.
That's $13.99 without sales tax in the US. Compared to the UK where the tax is included in the quoted price, if I'm not mistaken.
I don't eat at dominos but I ordered pizza and cheesy bread from Marcos today for $36 so about 31£
i work for Dominos and i miss the Chicken Kickers, i can’t believe they still sell them in the UK! wtfffff 😵😵
🤤 Where I live, a large 3 topping pizza from Domino's is $7.99! 😁
I had Domino’s on Tuesday. I had the salad with Ranch Dressing. It was only $6.00.. It was very good…
"Domino's tastes soo good though". Is something you probably never here in American say LOL. It's decent and better tasting than it used to be but I guess we're used to so many local Alternatives and chains.
For Domino's, I can get a large for $7.99. For Pizza Hut, I usually get a large for $10
Also Domino's is better quality and better tasting then Pizza Hut!
You must get a thin crust with almost nothing on it for a pizza at Pizza Hut that price. My usual bill now for Pizza Hut for 2 meat lovers with extra cheese, pan crust, and 2 extra other toppings each now comes to over $60 where I live in Texas.
@@jwb52z9 no, hand tossed and 3 toppings.
I just checked out prices in Houston and, yeah, prices are much higher.
Pan crust and 3 toppings is $11 here
@@Korruptor711 I always choose hand-tossed crust myself.
Look at the differences in the boxes alone....every time they show the UK pizza ..very little grease stain......when they show the USA pizza....grease stains surrounding the entire pizza
It's hilarious that Ben & Jerry's is on the Domino's menu in the UK, but here in Vermont where Ben & Jerry's is from, Domino's has no association with the brand.
4:00. Domino's pizza is one of the cheapest pizzas in the US. I think Little Caesar's is the only cheaper pizza chain.
No discount, build your own, large (14 inch) with 3 items $18.54
Did Dominos last night and the pizza was just ok! $24.00 without any PROMO codes for an X-large. The cost reflected additional items on the pie.
I was gonna say after watching, I've never paid less than $25 for a pizza.
When I googled the prices they're referring to, it was just cheese. Lol!
What in the us you can get a medium one topping for 6 bucks
Those UK boxes are the old school USA boxes
Here in Chicago there are some Pizza places Not Domino's that offer extra large and football which is 38 inches. It's obviously for parties and tailgating . Then you go into deep dish which is a whole other world of Pizza.
Costco Pizza is definitely a bigger pizza than any of the top three Pizza chains.
@@runrafarunthebestintheworld I'm not talking about chains Costco is pure shit. I'm talking about the neighborhood jewels like La Villa on north Pulaski, Gino's East on Superior St. Max and Leo's on Clybourn. Fuckin Lou Malnati's anywhere. What the hell are you talking about?
I don’t think the US has too many more ingredients than the UK, I think they’re just more detailed.
Uh oh, Millie's going on the hunt after hearing about those prices.
To be fair, it is crazy that a 16" pizza in the US costs the same as a 9.5" in the UK. 3x the price per inch almost? Shameful.
At the risk of drawing a target on myself, I had a medium pepperoni yesterday from Papa John's. The price? $6.99. I then walked next door and got us 3 doughnuts and myself a 20 oz Sprite, and that together with the pizza came out to just about exactly the cost of the UK small.
A lot of Americans are surprised to learn that the US is the only first world nation where junk food is cheaper than healthy food, let alone organic.
I don't know about anyone else in the U.S. ,, but because of where I live, Ma and Pop shops out weigh the chain places, rarely do I order chain pizza, and if I do,, Domino's is the go to pizza.
First off, sorry Millie. That’s not right that they charge so much. Domino’s is my favorite. I like the variety, especially when ordering for multiple people. Now, if they would do their wings like Pizza Hut, and add fries to the menu, they would be perfect. I’m particularly partial to the Chocolate Lava Cakes!
yeah i work for Dominos and i don’t understand why they don’t offer more wing options, it’s just different sauce to put on the wings, wouldn’t be that difficult
Our tow u can get manager specials 1large pizzas 2 toppings 10.99 they're different prices
A two item medium (12 in/30 cm) was less than $15 US when I last ordered from Domino's. That's about industry average in this area.
Maybe it's the competition? There are four chain brand stores in the same four block cluster.
There is another national chain (Little Caesars) which saves money by just having pizzas ready rather than making them to order. I think you would max out at $12 for a pizza and sides combo there.
There are several local stores that try to stay in the same price range as the national chains and a couple that brand themselves as "gourmet" and might be in the $15 - $20 range but have imported Italian ingredients.
little ceasars is cheaper because they make everything in house. other pizza places order the Doh and get it delivered premade, at little ceasars they make the doh in house at EVERY STORE
Pizza in America is Never cut into more than 8 slices. 10 slices is a crime.
Well I like papa John's pizza and my second pizza hut. To me they taste a lot better. Not that Dominos pizza sucks far from it people always serve it on game days. But it just not in the same range as papa John's. Thanks for the comparison fun to learn new things.
Pizza Hut is my third but Papa John's is ok definitely not 1st on my list though. They used to be bad though.
If I'm being honest, I don't particularly like PJ or PH. Domino's I haven't had in ages. Didn't like it then, but apparently they completely changed their recipe since I ate there. What I do like, as far as chain pizza goes? Gatti's.
Pizza Hut to me is worse then Little Caesar's.
In the UK non-prepacked food does not required full ingredient lists. This is the reason the food lists in the UK don't seem as scary. The Mozzarella Cheese is a perfect example in this video. It's the same cheese, but in the US they have to list what makes up the mozzarella cheese instead of just listing that as an ingredient.
"For non-prepacked food, the name of the food, presence of any of the 14 allergens, and a QUID declaration (for products containing meat), must be provided to consumers. This can be done:
(a) on a label attached to the food, or
(b) on a notice, ticket or label that is readily discernible by an intending purchaser at the place where the intending purchaser chooses that food.
In the case of irradiated food, one of the following statements must appear near the name of the food:
• 'irradiated' or
• 'treated with ionising radiation'
Currently, food businesses are not required by law to provide a full ingredients list. The requirement is to provide information about the use of allergenic ingredients in a food. If a food business chooses not to provide this information upfront in a written format, (for example allergen information on the menu), they must use clear signposting to direct the consumer to where this information can be found, such as asking a member of staff. In such situations, a statement must be included on food menus, chalkboards, food order tickets or food labels."

Yep, Dominos is synonymous with cheap pizza in the USA. 🤠🍕
I can tell you right now that the prices have changed. At normal price with no deals, my medium pizza from there two weeks ago was $15.00, although I did have extra sausage and extra mushrooms. But still, that's the price for a medium pizza.
you can list and say its mozzarella or whatever the it is. but cause of food regulations you gotta list the ingredients of that cheese or what ever. even if you rename it you have to define what it is
I hope your version tastes better for the price. I don't like our flavor since the sauce changes occurred about 10 years ago or whenever it was. Before that, a medium pepperoni was my go-to for dinner. Pizza Hut is also now pretty terrible compared to when I was a kid.
