Yes there is the scene where RoboCop finds out what they did to him or should I say what doctor faxx did to him and the only way that they could easily go and remove her programming would be to run a couple million volts through him or a couple thousand volts and pray the shielding holds and that's what he did he electrocuted himself on the transformer outside of MetroWest precinct basically the precinct that he and Lewis were assigned to and it wiped all of his directives up to and including the main three and of course directive four and left him with no directives he needed to be properly reprogrammed later after he dealt with Cain and as for Cain if Dr Faxx had not decided to use his brain as the foundation for RoboCop 2 Cain would not have likely survived to face trial for what he did because he was pretty severely injured when RoboCop launched his final attack on him when that truck or van or whatever it was they were in overturned I don't think Cain was wearing his seat belt so no that c*********** bastard of a Nuke Lord would not have survived to face trial more than likely either way!
At the end of the film, she goes home with the CEO but It's strongly implied that Johnson and the OCP lawyer, Holzgang are going to incriminate her as the scapegoat for the Robocop 2 disaster, so that she goes to prison.

She just didn't seem to realize that even though there was not that much of Alex Murphy left except maybe his face and his brain and maybe a heart although I think they might have gone total body prosthesis with that too it was still Alex J. Murphy deep down inside RoboCop.
