❤️ I feel you...back in September my 94yr old mother passed (NOT COVID) so my brother and I are in the process of clearing out my mother’s house, that my parents built when I was 3 (I’m 66) Now that’s a LOT of memories 🙌🏼 ❤️

I know what you mean about leaving a house, I so miss home aka the house I grew up in. So sorry for your loss my prayers are with you and the family. I feel my mental health is kinda crappy. I cry a lot so much going on and I force myself to get up. Praying for spring I need to get outside get some fresh air. I am speaking to my counselor again she is amazing. This virus has done a number on everyone in one way or another. I pray for the world of people every day. So glad your helping us all speaking of the mental health cause we aren’t alone. Maybe you should do a support group for this pandemic taking a toll on people. Anyways take care stay safe and feel better 🤗

Because of my asthma/bronchitis I take a allergy pill daily, non drowsy, and I have a prescription for Montelukast that helps. I haven't had any flare ups in a while, knock on wood. I have to have my husband dust around the house or else I'll end up with a flare up and a sinus infection. Take your vitamins too 🙂 I hope you get to feeling better soon 😘
