Progetto 66 is the tank I use when the daily missions require that I "destroy [x] number of tanks" in a single battle.
My god, what a specialist the Prokhorovka-Bourrasque was. You can see the eastern flank is going down and he does not bother to support, even by spotting.
This tank was absolutely amazing. Beautiful looking too. If only it was a bit faster. It seemed like the gun never missed!
Considering I usually play lights, the rarity of getting Prok is astonishing - only averaging something like 4times/week, compared to Siegfried Line, at 6times/day.
Exactly, somehow prokho is very rare.
I use the churchhill 3 for the daily missions like be the top player with experience earned. The tank is slow, but I just load the gold when needed and lock on and keep firing. It can melt tanks so fast

Because of the Redshire I turned off assault mode after 7 yrs of playing...
I know Skill promoted Assault Mode several vids ago (make game different, explore new ways etc.), man there is no "fun factor" in constant spawn on a loosing side in Assault mode and the Redshire was top of the BS pile of the ALL imbalances!
Due to Skill4ltu, I now consider myself an above average WOT player.
Even though a F2P player I no longer feel diminished.

18:20 rinoceronte in this kind of situation (farming easy targets) is in same time best tank and the worst . Best because it has accurate gun, good penetration and shell velocity. Worst because reload time. Progetto 66 is not so bad because it has 10-12s reload, rinoceronte has 12-17 around.
This is a great video. I returned to Progetto 66 after finishing grinding other tanks and picked up a couple of tips Skillman. This helped!
In last game I prefer the defending battle. If your team is smart enough to secure the A3, K3 and spot the middle you will win the battle by killing them all.
I prefer the 4 shot 105mm gun on this tank. Faster reload. You can fire 2 shots and reload them fairly quickly. I keep the 3rd and 4th shots in the magazine for emergencies

In regards to the 3rd game. At least WG will move the base closer to the attackers again. So it will be impossible to do anything on def.

I love the Pantera and Standard, but the P43 is pretty good too 👍
Rinoceronte needs more attention than Progetto 66.

I love PROG 66 with 2nd gun (4 shells), big surprise for ennemy after 3 shoot fired :)

Not a surprise for any player with just a bit of experience, 320 alpha is quite noticiable lol.
I am grinding to 66 and currently in 54. I do like their depression, aiming time and DPM? not so much.
Redshire was already tilted before this new mode was in place, at least the map was an even 50/50 territory split.
In this new mode, offensive team starts with a 60/40 territory and just better angles. It’s just lazy!
why 4 heats?
A Question- How can I be low tier like 70% of the time? Who get's to be high tier 70% of the time? Matchmaking is making me fairly useless in most matches. Very frustrating.
Depends of what tier you play, 6s and 8s get mid or bottom tier most of the time.

1 of all 70% of what, 7of 10( statistically useless) or 70 of 100.
2 What tier, what tank, what time you play.
3 If you have bad MM change tier( get lower is usually better) and type of tank and try other server.
@@Ol_White_Fatalis I generally play tiers 5 and 6. When I play my 7 and 8s I'm going up against 9 and 10s and between needing to spam gold and expensive repairs it's just too costly to play there, I haven't done a statistical analysis of where each tier falls as far as the matchmaking goes. Is 7 better than 6? I couldn't tell. When I am high tier, it's awesome, but even being a the same tier as everyone else is pretty rare. I do like the game, despite the wheeled lights and oppressive arties, but if there was one thing that makes me quit it's the 3 tier spread and usually being at the bottom.
RNG without random, premium ammo as a credit drain and a matchmaker for premium tanks.
Honestly this tank is better than rinoceronte s super long reload

@@yanickgenest1324 I think the other gun has higher pen and a four shot clip. I've got this tank but have yet to play a match in it. I'm working on another tier IX atm, but this is next on my list.

I like the Prog66 but get better results in the Prog54 which I have 2-marked. Maybe I should use the bigger gun but I like the extra pen and Italian tanks always seem to miss one shot in the magazine, so starting with 4 seems better than starting with 3
You willingly hinder yourself. First, to do close damage to 3 shells from 120mm gun, you have to empty 105mm gun. Which both takes longer time to shot 4 shells and longer reload. Add here difference in normalisation between standard shells of both guns, which effectively places them on same level with 120mm going ahead on distances. And OFC damage per shot advantage of 120mm gun is one of most important things for HT. Better chances to finish enemy, bigger "fear factor", more efficient trades and lesser chances to receive damage by reducing time and amount of your peekings
@@KellPerEX I think you are over simplifying by basically saying “you will win more often by using bigger gun”. I am not sure that is true.
@@njc964 i've just gave short list of obvious advantages that you get with top gun. 105mm gun is just XP sink for clueless players. Ppl look at it and think - cool, 4 shot clip. They ignore worse DPM, worse time unload, worse damage per shot; thinking about it as a classic autoloader on fast chassis. But it is just mobile heavy tank who has to rely on bigger gun to play to its fullest. You can check what players are using to mark it, what gun was used in record score battles etc.
@@KellPerEX I am not a clueless player so maybe ease off the insults. The smaller gun has better pen (unless you are a pay to win gold spammer) and dispersion so will score damage on average more often. Many excellent players will choose the smaller gun on many tanks so the subject is nuanced. If you are pay to win stat padder then yes bigger gun may be better. I will try bigger gun though because the Prog54 is better tier-for-tier (in my opinion) and it currently feels pointless playing the Prog66
@@njc964 can you show that "many excellent player" you are referring to? Also, shooting premium ammo is not P2W (because anyone can buy it for in-game currency), so this is just pathetic to justify your poor choice of gun

From what I have heard the tier 10 version is far worse for it's tier.
What?! Prog 54 and 66 are good, not decent but still good. Rino is the only problem on Italian HT.
Heck, many prefer Prog 54 than Bisonte.

It is better than the tier 10 gun on paper, but in battle the 3 shot 120mm gun is far better.

it is not what the player can do but it is all up to wargaming if you allowed to win or it is already decided you loose the battle.. it seems wargaming is cheating on players by manipulating the battle outcome... sad t
