I loved that she did her brows on camera. She (and many other influencers) would always do them off camera, which didn't help beginners like myself.

Most of them have a separate eyebrow video. And most of them don’t have brows and are a bit self conscious.
Do not follow her brow routine. It’s a mess total drag queen look.
Because Aaliyah says that her brows take the longest .
Her foundation isn’t too light it matches her skin. It’s her concealer/baking method which is in the center of her face that is very light. It’s supposed to be that light. The comments should have been “you use too much highlighter” however it’s her face so if it looks good to her then that’s what matters. I actually love it.

Microblading or microshading will cut the time. I have microshading and love it! Brows stay on point if nothing else lol

I LOVE THE FULL MAKE UP LOOK!! I love the thick lashes and the jet black winged liner to match!! Yes natural glam is in trend at the moment and it's definitely cute but people need to understand that make up much like fashion is diverse in terms of style and technique, a make up STYLE may not be trending, but that doesn't mean that people should not be doing it. And aaliyah has been the queen of the SNATCHED make up look. Glamorous from start to finish, no need to tone ANYTHING down!!!

All the comments about the shade difference is crazy to me! Everyone changes their skin tone when using make up to a certain degree, and I just think she did it so beautifully, makes me sad as I scroll through the comments and seeing that be the main focus. The makeup is really pretty just not camera-friendly. The colors are right and so are the undertones. The only reason they look too light on camera is that both the Anastasia foundation and the Too-Faced concealer are both formulas that have a titanium dioxide base. It's not her skills. It's the properties of the makeup and concealer and how they react to ambient lighting plus the fact that these two products can't help but give flashback. The girl difinitely knows how to match her foundation

I have extremely dry skin like you girl! And Nivea cream works for me as well. But have you tried the Kiehl’s Avocado Hydration Mask? If you haven’t it works numbersssss! Definitely rejuvenates dry skin.

Y’all slow in the comments lol. The whole point of HIGHLIGHTING is to brighten and draw light to those areas of the face. Her makeup actually looks pretty warm. Honestly, I always spend a lot of time to perfect my eye brows. Looking for new techniques to short the time to perfect the same look. I need to step out of my comfort zone and have my brows micro bladed.

Saves sooo much time and you can get a touch up every six months (up to you) but they last up to 3 years then a touch up would be good 😌 all I do is conceal them now and fill in the tip when I need too and that’s it because they already have a shape 😌
