The tearelement player activated a card twice, judges noticed late and they couldn’t repair the game state so the tear player took a loss
Scheiren has been activated twice at 33:35 and 38:00. He needed to sent Hanvis with Rheinoheart the second time and it would've been the same board.
Blackwing Player really played not good there... really questionable Plays
What was questionable about it? He did his best playing through 5+ interruptions from a broken deck
No. He played really good. But his opponent was too lucky and had too many interactions in every game...

A lot! He had Full Combo regardless of the Negates. He could have Abyss Dragon, Assault Dragon and Full Armor Master at Minimum.
