Please tell us how you stay awake and active despite the long hours of studying, because I feel sleepy all the time and this makes me angry . with my love and respect from algeria

I always make sure I get 8h of sleep to keep going. Coffee as well if I feel sleepy after lunch, but no later than 2pm! Also using different study methods helps with staying motivated!

@@clairelings Thank you very much for your answer. I only sleep 6 and a half hours and I cannot drink a lot of coffee because I suffer from the thyroid gland, so I take stimulants.
