Along with the route is the all-new DB BR 612 diesel multiple units and a Railpool liveried 185.6 which you can run on a 50 some odd mile in-game line.

TSG Germany makes the setup of all german locos since the release of the HRR route. Br 425, 423, ICE 3, Talent 2 etc. Thats why german locos have good sounds

GNT is the safety system that allows tilting. The right screen shows you the speeds you go at with gnt on. You also turn on gst which does the tilt test which can only be done with the doors closed. Sounds, physics, train setup done by tsg who is really good with sounds (even recorded the real thing). There are more details, but I don't know them. Also it's 185.6

I live 30-45 minutes away from Chemnitz. They should have extended the route to Annaberg-Buchholz, wich is also a pretty scenic route. Thats probably asking to much :D.... There is also a Museum owned narrow gauge route for steam locos not far away. The oldest Steam Loco built in 1899 and the newest 2009. Its called Preßnitztalbahn.
Anyway, nice video as usual :)
I would also like to see really good US Routes in TSW2. I like american diesel trains, so DTG have to up their game.

Thank you for the kind words.
40-50 miles always seems to be DTG's max, unless its got sparse scenery (sherman hill) .
This new route is very nice indeed though, i like the fact they added the old railyard buildings/roundhouses, just a shame theres no rolling stock sitting there.
I too would like a good US route 😁, time will tell

Lol I used to live in Chemnitz and frequent the train line RE3. I think the railyard you talked about at around 54:17 is in fact the depot of the Mitteldeutsche regiobahn (MRB). The game didn't build it in because this line is based on the timeline 2012 where MRB has no presence in that area (I guess the company didn't even exist at that point.)
