I'm guessing that first level came out before the World update. Otherwise there might've been a P-Balloon instead of a clown car.
Fun Fact: it's impossible for Balloon Mario to touch the ground. No matter how hard he tries he cannot fail the condition without taking damage or getting another power-up.

For how much Dave complains about levels without good indicators, he missed just about all of them that first level.
I love dave, but when he is playing bad he tries to blame on the level creator

"Teiel" is an misspelled word the correct word ist "Teil" and this means Part so there is an Part 1 of this level. Hope that helped
