Very cool boss. A fallen hero fight with a good setup beforehand and a good payoff in the form of an epic and well-designed boss. Also a cool soundtrack.

Bakeneko is a type of Japanese yokai, or supernatural creature. According to its name, it is a cat that has changed into a yōkai. It is often confused with the nekomata, another cat-like yōkai, and the distinction between the two can often be quite ambiguous.
So this is the Sif boss fight then...
Sif is more badass, i dont know this tiger's history tho, have not played the game yet...
I don't know about you, but this moves way faster than sif.

In my opinion, this is where Kelley was at his most psychotic and sinister. It's a shame he was such an easy boss though..
@HaloLoreNerd Absolutely. Can be kick stunlocked. However, abyssal Kelley is vastly more dangerous. Then again, every abyss fight is far more dangerous.

This guy is levelled way too high. He's taken way too many hits. I'm doing this at level 62. After 2 hits by White Tiger, I'm dead.
@Bo Shepherd I did it today at Level 14. I don't what level he is because one hit from the paw is more than half my health. Also the charge is an instant kill for me.
@Bo Shepherd Something like a challenge run. Just beat the Ogress as well. But I have to admit I did DS3 SL1 run and this seems a bit harder. The i-frames are a bit dodgy tbh, even after successfully dodging I get hit sometimes.
Guys, you should all not, he had a defense, and attack magic buffs active.

There's nothing wrong with saying he's cute.

How is it that he barely takes any damage when hit and still seems to have decent stamina recovery? I had my best armor on and I get two shot by anything this boss does. Am I missing something?
Levels probably. Don't worry, he rapes me too.
Yh but I've seen videos with ppl having lower level and lower defense stats and still taking way less damage. This doesn't bother me for the most part but bosses like these are where it gets irritating.

Gashadokuro? The giant vampire skeleton? Oh no, he's in there, and he is one of the most hated bosses alongside Umi-Bozu.
I think this is the easiest boss alongside Derek the Executioner and that Spider Lady. Beat them on my first try.
Hino Enma, Tachinbana Munishige and that snow lady were the hardest by far
And Nue is also hard.
Hino Enma is the only boss that gave me real trouble. Just because I didn't have any abilities or strong weapons yet since and I tried not to over level.

Apollodragon 2000 Byakko from Japanese folklore, translates literally to White tiger in english, I wish they didn't translate his name though, byakko sounds a lot cooler
