Hi, Im planning to study French (I studied french in high school until 12th standard - 15 years ago). Next 6 months, I will be super busy with work, so I wont have time to "properly" study.
After 6 months I plan to study seriously. Now in the next 6 months, what can I do in my free time to familiarize, or do some French study in a "chill" way?
Should I watch French movies/cartoons with subtitles? Any other low-effort ways to study French for 6 months?

I have been listening to your CZcams channel from past few weeks. I really like the content. I aspire to appear for TEF Canada. I am 39 years and my CRS is 405 after i did my IELTS ( CLB 9). I am in haste to complete this journey. I have been learning French from last 6-7 months, I did a crash course upto A2 level from Alliance français and now I am about to complete A2 level édito book.
Pls suggest should I go for B1 level of édito too or can I jump onto exam specific preparation. I have also taken some speaking lessons on italki.

Plan to invest well in listening and reading, which means if you spend 2-3 hours on this daily, you are likely to make immense progress in 10-12 days. Then change the strategy. Invest 2-3 hours just in listening and speaking. keep it up for 10-12 days. Now invest 1 hour in listening. 1 in reading and 1 in speaking and continue this for 10-12 days.
