Yummy
Hi! Very! Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
nice recipe!!! mayonnaise was replaced with flour and milk instead. I just hope that the removed lower part of the salmon was not wasted. cheers!!!
Hi! By replacing the mayonnaise, you get a much more creamy and cheesy sauce. ^_^ Of course! The little tail end was still cooked on the side with a little dollop of the cheese sauce, too. ^_^ Hope you try the recipe! Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
Kapag po binili yung salmon like sa super market nag dedeboned po b sila?

What's an alternative option if not baked?
Hi! You can try this on the stove by frying your salmon and then covering it with the sauce. No need to bake! Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
SALMON GIVES ME THE GIGGLES ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Really!? Tuna gives me the giggles
Or is using microwave an option? How long should it be in the microwave?
Hi! We have not tested this in a microwave but suggest you cook it for 1 minute then cook in intervals of 30 seconds until cooked to your desired doneness. Good luck! Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
thank you Roselle
Hi! You're very welcome. We here in Yummy.ph hope you tried the recipe and love this recipe as much as I do. Thanks for visiting and watching our video! 😊 -roselle
Conti's garlic squid naman po pls 🙇
Hi! Oooo..... that's a good one! Will suggest! Thanks for watching our videos. 😊
@@yummyph yehey thank you 💞
Ok po ba to add ginder para sa lansa?
Hi! Ginger, yes, you can but the lemon juice or calamansi juice we think is the better flavor for this recipe. Hope you try the recipe and thanks for watching our videos. 😊
Baked salmon is my favorite. I want to try this but wala akong oven. Pwede kaya sa steamer?
Hi! You can do this as a smaller size in the toaster oven if you have it or even a turbo broiler. A steamer will make the topping wet instead of toasted. Thanks for watching our videos. Visit us again soon! 😊
@@yummyph Gaano po kaya katagal sa toaster? 😅
Hi! Try 10 to 15 minutes. It should be heated through and the salmon flakey but not dry. It's okay for this to be underbaked rather than overbaked. Good luck! Thanks for visiting our channel and watching our videos. 😍
Can i use air fryer instead of oven
Hi! We think you can. We might suggest that you line your basket with foil though to prevent sticking. Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
Can I substitute the fresh milk with low fat milk? That’s what I have in my pantry hehehe
Hi! Yes, you can ! Just note that it will not taste as creamy since it's low fat. :) Other than that, it should be tasty! Good luck! Hope you love the recipe. We do. Thanks for visiting and watching our videos, too. 😊
May i ask what other fish i can substitute with salmon?
Hi! You can use any fillet of fish really for this recipe. :) We have made this with bitilya, cream dory, and even lapu-lapu and maya-maya fillets. It's a very versatile recipe for fish. :) Hope that helps. Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
@@yummyph appreciate your response thank you
Maybe pangasius will do, that you can buy frozen in the supermarket (cream dory)
How many minutes i-oven at gaano lalakas yung init
Hi! If you watch the video until 2:29, you'll see the temperature and time is 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes or so. Thanks for watching our videos. :)
Suggest that recipe be written down in the description or at least somewhere in the video🤗
Hi! The recipe is written as you watch the video. Also, if you watch the video, the ingredients list is flashed at 3:00. If you want the full recipe, you may find it here: bit.ly/3xz5ZAQ. Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)

Hi! We highly suggest you try this recipe out! It's so good! Thanks for watching our videos and dropping by to check out our channel. 😊
Any idea how to check kung cooked na yung salmon?
Hi! The best way is to use a thermometer (around 125 F or 51 C) or just carefully flake the fish from the center. Fortunately, salmon is delicious undercooked so if unsure, better to under bake than overbake. Good luck! Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. 😊
How do you know the salmon underneath is already cooked? Sorry, newbie cook!
Hi! For this recipe, when you see that the cheese sauce is bubbling, the salmon underneath is being cooked or is cooking. You can actually remove the tray and let the residual heat of the tray and the sauce cook the fish for perfectly tender salmon. Good luck! Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
Skin on po ba ang salmon maam?
Hi! Yes, the skin is not removed. Keeping the skin on the fish ensures that it doesn't fall apart as it cooks. :) Hope you try the recipe and enjoy it. 😉 Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. 😊
Certainly a fan of salmon =)
Hi! Hope you try out our recipe. ^_^ Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
Hello. How do I cook this in an air fryer?
Hi! Same procedure, just smaller potions since the air fryer has a smaller capacity. However, you may want to line the basket with foil so the juices from the salmon and the cream sauce doesn't leak out. 😉 Good luck! Thanks for watching and visiting our channel. 😊
Hi po! I plan to do this on Sunday for my tita who's been asking for baked Salmon. I have a question lang po, how do you prep/clean the salmon before adding the ingredients? Do i need to rinse it well with salt? Should I add condiments when rinsing? Sorry po for this question hehehe this is my first time to bake salmon kasi. I usually cook pork, beef and chicken only. 😅 thank you!
Also what brand of fresh milk did you use po? Can I replace it to evaporated milk? 😅
Hello! There is not much you need to do once you have your salmon slab. You can ask your fish monger to remove the scales from the skin before hand but do not remove the skin as this will make it easier to keep the salmon from falling apart. You can also ask the for the pin bones to be removed. You can do this at home by running your hand down the flesh and feeling for the tinik (you can usually feel them poking out) before removing with fish tweezers. Also, it's best to undercook rather than overcook the salmon. Good luck! We hope your tita (and your family!) loves this dish. Thanks for dropping by our channel. 😊
Oh! Re the fresh milk, if you use evaporated milk instead, dilute the evap with water so it's not too milky strong in taste.
@@yummyph thank you so much for this info! 🙂
Samon.
Hi! ^_^ Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
First time to cook ano kayang mali my sunog itim itim ung gawa ko...ang bilis ng pangyare...nasunog ata un bawang ko...😅
Hi! Oh no. Always regulate your heat since yes, things can burn or toast faster than you think. Also, scrape the bottom of your saucepan since that's what's close to the flame. You can also always turn off the heat if you need to move away from the stove and your pot if you need to grab something from the refrigerator or kitchen cabinet. Hope that helps! Hope the salmon was tasty anyway. Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. 😊
