Thermoforming - how plastics are deep drawn into form shaped parts

In thermoforming, a plastic plate is heated. Through a vacuum, the plastic is then deep-drawn over a tool. Subsequently, the plastic part is cooled by a blowing device to a certain temperature and thus remains dimensionally stable.
