    This video especially helped me when studying for the midterm. I needed to hear this lecture at a much slower pace and being able to rewind this and take notes helped a lot

    I remember feeling really overwhelmed after this lecture in class. Being able to go back and watch this video over and over until I understood and remembered it was great. Your videos always make things seem so much simpler than they did in lecture.

    the way you broke down the meaning within the word itself was very helpful and I really like how you added that in there. Also, I liked how you compared the male and female systems quickly. quick extra information is always helpful. Because of all the information given your color coordinating was a very helpful addition

    You presented a lot of information in this video and I felt that the flow chart and labeling each stage really helped me to visualize it. It also helped that you labeled how many chromosomes there were at each stage.

    This video helped me understand more about the miosis 1 and miosis 2 phases and how they relate to fertilization of the egg. These types of lectures with the drawing on the glass is my favorite type so far and feels futuristic.

    During lecture, I felt a little confuse with oogenesis and spermatogenesis. It made sense but I stuggled with the whys and hows. The powerpoint was not much help either, but this video was extremely hepful in clearing up my confusion! These videos have been great. Thank you!!

    I was curious if the subtitles were accurate and due to your clear speaking voice the automatic subtitles are pretty accurate. I would suggest checking if your subtitles look good just in case someone who is hearing impaired can learn from your videos!

    I thought it was interesting how you talked about how the oogonium is asymmetrical while the spermatogonium is symmetrical. This explains why females eventually undergo menopause because of the lack of eggs and estrogen. Great video overall.​

    I did a little digging and read that the purpose of these polar bodies is to serve as "dumping grounds" for extra sets of chromosomes and remove defective ones, which makes sense. Thank you!
