Workplace flexibility wins over Adecco Switzerland

After decades of resistance to telecommuting, companies are starting to accept the idea of employees working partly from home, according to recruitment firm Adecco. The pandemic proved to employers that workplace flexibility can boost productivity, says Monica Dell’Anna, CEO of Adecco Switzerland and Austria. Taking a leaf from its own research, the Zurich-based company is urging managers not only to accept the home office but even to promote it.
