These are nice and all, I just wish these weren't all the character interaction you get
Yeah, it works with the nature of the game, but I think it would be cool to see them interact with each other like other JRPG parties such as the Tales series.
@@alyssaagnew4147 these travel banter are almost exactly like the ones in Tales, just that in cutscenes there's no group talk

So, do they only have banter when you are doing a character's chapter? Or also when you find new towns/relevant areas? This says "travel/party banter", implying two kinds, what does this mean?
I think most of the travel banter is during a chapter and they only activate when certain characters are in your party. Sometimes during sidequests and such, there are special travel banter that activates after doing certain tasks or if you enter a certain location. I remember one time while I was finishing a bunch of side quests I fast traveled to Bolderfall and I had Therion and Ophilia in my party and the travel banter sign popped up.. they were talking about the quest with the dragon egg. I didn't have them in my party earlier I guess when I finished the chapter but it happens. I think in later chapters there will be special banter in certain locations like if you have all of the girls in your party in a tavern?? I'm still in ch 2 so I don't know how to unlock it yet. Hope this helps!
Edit: also about the names, travel banter is two people in your party interacting and party banter is multiple of them talking like 3 or all of the people in the party talking.

The merchant and the thief are like two sides of the same coin. One gains profit honestly and the other illegally. That another reason why have Tressa and Therion side job/side class as thief and merchant.

Its probably been discussed now but why the hell does this game dont tell you about this feature. Luckily (I guess) Im only at ch 2 of my fourth character but oh god
The game tells u though, u can find the tutorials in miscellaneous if you missed it

@@Hesketh32 a lot of people miss the tutorials of fast travel too so idk if the game shows the tutorials to everyone or people just forget them lol
