Nice concept but plastering is required or else you face water leakage. Red oxide and white cement would not stop water leakage. However normal brick cost 8-9 rupees in hyderabad and if he is giving for 10 rupees it is affordable.
అన్నా నాకు కాస్ట్ information కావాలి చెప్పరా. మాది 150 గజాల 21వెడల్పు×63పొడవుతో ఉన్న స్థలంలో పడమర facing లో ముందు ఒక portion madayalo ఇద్దరికి కామన్ గా మెట్లు ఇచ్చి మొత్తం ఒకే స్లాబ్, అయితే ముందు portion లో మా అన్నయ్య portion సింగిల్ బెడ్ రూమ్., సో ఇపుడు వెనుక ఆల్రెడీ స్లాబ్ వేసేసి ఉన్నది కాబట్టి ఇపుడు నేను దానిని కంప్లీట్ చేయాలంటే నాది కూడా సింగిల్ bedroom , attached బాత్రూం, హాల్, కిచెన్ nearly 21×32 అలాగ ఉంటుంది నా భాగం. నేను ఇప్పుడు స్లాబ్ వేసేసి ఉన్నది కాబట్టి ఇల్లు కంప్లీట్ చేయడానికి ఎంత డబ్బులు పెట్టుకోవాలి అంతా మంచిగా వర్క్ చేపించుకుందాం అనుకుంటే. చెప్పండి అన్న.
Brick is heat resistant nothing is novel. Increasing the brick thickness automatically increases the strength and reduces the temperature.

Hello Sir, It's very good concept but simple joints filling both internal and external may not be good solution to prevent seepage problems. In my opinion I feel it would be better if external face of the wall shall be completely plastered and internal wall face shall be with perfect joint filling, even from esthetic point of view will be strong enough for any household purpose. if you dont do plastering, then cockroaches, other pest will get in these gaps between the bricks. Hence, plastering is required, if plastering is required then why to buy these interlocking bricks @50 per brick. it is better regular brick @10 per brick and do plastering
All you mentioned cockroaches or pest may or may not come inside, but water comes easily. Hence, All these gaps will be filled by white cement mixed with red oxide which is called pointing. If you do it properly cockroaches, pest and water don't come inside.
And this elegant look you won't get in normal traditional brick. Ultimately decision is yours to choose right brick for your dreamed house. Thankyou
