Enjoy! Saw them in Columbus on June 25th, outside in triple digit heat index with all the humidity, but we all soldiered through and it was a great show!
Was at that show. All 4 bands were killer. The Interrupters absolutely blew the proverbial roof off the place.
Been sober 9 months. Had a really bad week….I mean REALLY bad. Thought about getting high today then just came across this song. Listened to it 5 times and decided IM NOT A COWARD! Screw that crap! I’m not giving up over a bad week

I actually got to meet these guys before their performance at Warped Tour last year. They were absolutely incredible performers, and had super sweet personalities. You could tell they were genuinely appreciative of everyone who came out to see them (which was only around 25 people at my location), and they actually took time to get to know fans, which I thought was awesome. I feel very proud about how far they've come, as I first saw this video when it had around 2K views, and they were still pretty far from the spotlight. Now look at them, their songs are on the radio, they toured with Green Day, etc. Amazing how far some bands can come, and they without a doubt deserve all the attention they can get.

MysticWolfMusic Cool. They played the small local club, where I see most of my gigs, last year and seriously the sweat was dripping off the walls and what a groove the drummer Jesse has. Hopefully they will return.

Saw the same in DC. Fall Out Boy missed the show because the drummer had covid, but the Interrupters and Weezer did some covers of their songs. Not a Fall out Boy fan myself, but the wife was disappointed.

Just heard this song on a podcast, Paine in the Morning, was playing in the background. Dude how good is this song? It couldn’t be more appropriate for our time in this world right now. I was lucky enough to catch these cats for a free concert in Tempe, AZ right before Covid. They are freakin' awesome. You can feel the frequency of the crowd come into tune as they perform.

Ah the trucker is a perfect metaphor! I love the energy of that song, but wanna bet the Interupters pay their taxes? Freedom is much more complex than the "truck drivers" (most of which were not truck drivers at all) think. Getting control of your life takes much more than nice lyrics and the ability to honk your truck.
If these guys were around in the early 90's, they would have been my FAVORITE ska-punk band. In 2024, they ARE my fav ska-punk band, they are among my top 4 which includes Op Ivy, The Suicide Machines and the Rudiments.
