Not always but it really helps for laning phase

Probably also because cs'ing is a bit easier. As far as I know Doran's ring only gives 5 on hit damage on minions but doran's blade gives 8 AD. Also as the other comment stated, to get more damage with the autos as not having doran's ring which is like 15 ap or so is not really a great loss in value in the long run and autos always land unlike the many skillshots you have to hit as ahri.

Every meele without heavy engage tool in the early levels will loose lane cause ahri can bully them out of lane and the early stage of the game is important for building up a good late

Would you always take summon aery against Kassadin no matter what or do you take it situationally based on your own team comp as well?
Almost always yes, only other time I would go another rune is probably first strike but rarely
@@LegitKorea why not electrocute? you had enough 3 hit procs to get it often
@@longlong27845 A skill basically will only give 1 stack to proc electrocute even if its a skill of multple hits. And Aery works better for poking unlike Electrocute that you know Kassadin will not fight on early Game.
@@SharkedON yes, I understand, but his point still stands. We saw plenty of auto + W + auto from the beginning so we could also think he would be able to proc electrocute pokes from lvl 1
@@MajWinters100 Welp, after all that depends of the user. People can choose their playstyle with runes and item.

it seem that you do that if you can punish enemy freely like kassadin or kayle like if they trade back you auto win
i was just feeling like playing kassadin, got blind pick on champion selection, i asked all of my teammates to switch with me because i didn't want to get countered. every single one refused. i had no choice and locked Kassadin. enemy locked ahri. there was nothing i could do. we lost.
at the end of the match, i typed: "thats what you get for not switching with me"

Isnt it good if he helps take plating? Or does it give less gold when multiple people are doing it?
In some situations it can help because more dmg= more plates
However the gold is split when multiple people do it.
Top and mid plates are harder to get than bot plates because of fortification. Lasts til minute 5 and they took the first plate right before that. In hindsight, Pyke made getting that plate possible considering Viego’s gank timing. His hook into takedown that followed was just the icing.
imagine if the gold didn't split, 5 people taking your tower every game

Losing, no, but Kass can go even with certain matchup so he will scale easier if you dont dominate the lane.
I just lost a game against a kassadin smurf, I won the lane thanks to you but sadly by loaw elo buddies couldn't play against him and he destroyed our game
For starters, if Kassadin casts Q first pre 6 against a mage, he's an idiot and deserves to lose the lane.

Cmon this kassa int on purpose. did two lifeless afk minutes interrupting the recalls, leaving free exp, free gold and free plates to then go back in a situation where obviously he would have had the worst.
