He just wants to be the strongest and for people to kowtow to him and give him anything he wants for being the strongest. He would probably have ruled over the Saiyans after his father's death, since that was his duty, but the Saiyans are dead.
Real world answer? This is filler, Toriyama never had him do that. In-universe answer: it's a fairly weak attack and would be ineffective against opponents at or above Vegeta's level, which is what he mostly fights.
It's moments like this that are awesome parts of his development. He's trying to hold on to his royalty but at the same time he realizes that isn't fulfilling to him and his only objective is Goku. That objective will open his eyes for years to come.
Tingly back is only for Sayians from universes other than universe 7. Cause their natural evolution wasn't interrupted by Frieza (Which occurred thanks to Beerus sleeping for 300 years)

Very interesting, the last I remember reading was he was around 30-40,000 when he beat Zarbon then going up against the Ginyu force, given all the fighting with the Frieza & then being revived from death, that's a helluva boost 😳👍🏿

Also Frieza even says his second form is 1,000,000 in the actual show so I got no idea what you are smoking. Vegeta was stronger than Frieza's third form, which is over 4,000,000. That is how I estimated Vegeta's current power level.

That is not the way it works. After over thirty years of the series when you add characters like Whis and Beerus if you examine it closely, there are huge plot holes if you try to fit them into the series entire history. Point being. They did not exist back then. One plot whole. Frieza truly believed he was the strongest being in the universe and that was why he feared the super saiyan so horribly. So, Frieza was indeed the greatest in the universe until Goku beat him, because Beerus and Whis were not made until later on. Fact is as neat as they are they do not fit into the past timeline. That's the flaw with retcons. You can't just change shit and always expect it to fit smoothly. Sure, you can change it if you are the writer but does that mean it will fit? No.

The potara earrings actually form a stronger fusion. The old kai actually said that the potara fusion was much stronger than the fusion dance. So in retrospect Vegito is actually the strongest and Gogeta is the second strongest until super saiyan 4 Gogeta.
His armor damages left on him by Frieza are gone, yet when he lands back on earth they are back? I can see why Kai removed all this unnecessary flawed filler.

I never said it was a rule but again continuity matters, maybe not to you but it does to me.
So when Frieza boasts that he is THE strongest being in the universe period, period. Inserting a god and an angel that Frieza knows about that are far stronger than him, makes him look like an idiot saying that no?
Now if Frieza had never met them it wouldn't look so stupid. But there's more. Vegeta suddenly has memory of them too.
So when he wants to become the strongest in the universe if you look at those two in Super and him in DBZ he sure looks stupid saying that right.
Only if they exist and he knows they exist. But they don't really exist when he says that in DBZ's timeline.
Nor when Frieza says his lines. Retcons are as such. They are going to fit in perfectly.
Yes they exist. But since they were retconned in, they won't just fit in smoothly. So you can't just state that they existed period back then.
Or you can, and Vegeta and Frieza both must regularly make bullshit statements.
That's what happens when you insert people into a story finished long ago. That should have been thought over more closely so they weren't aware Beerus and Whis were there. Then it wouldn't look terrible.

The potara earrings actually form a stronger fusion. The old kai actually said that the potara fusion was much stronger than the fusion dance. So in retrospect Vegito is actually the strongest and Gogeta is the second strongest until super saiyan 4 Gogeta.
