Reus is the capital of Baix Camp, in the province of Tarragona, in Catalonia, Spain. The area has always been an important producer of wines and spirits, and gained continental importance at the time of the Phylloxera plague. Nowadays it is known for its commercial activity, for being famous as the birthplace of architect Antoni Gaudí.
The Catalan modernism is the historiographical name of a mainly architectural style, but also develops in the other arts (painting and sculpture), and especially in the design and the decorative arts, which receive special attention. Although it is part of a general trend that arises throughout Europe (known in each country as modernism, art nouveau, Jugendstil, sezession, etc.) in Catalonia acquires its own and differentiated personality.
Casa Navàs is a modernist building in the city of Reus, Catalonia, Spain. Casa Navàs is a building designed by Catalan architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, located in the city's Plaça del Mercadal. Joaquim Navàs Padró of Reus contracted Lluís Domènech i Muntaner as the architect of his new house. The building was constructed from 1901 to 1908.

Gaudi Center is also interesting. Gaudi is a world phenomenon and his work is known to almost everyone, even the average educated person in the world.
The 'Sagrada Familia' is probably the most famous building in the world (in my opinion).

Thanks Adam, according to some documents, Lluís Domènech i Montaner was one of Gaudi's teachers when Gaudi was studying architecture in Barcelona. However, Gaudi's style is really all his own, a true genius.
