I know that the term Barramundi in Australia is reserved for that species of fish, but a Saratoga also used to be known as a Barramundi. So technically when Jon caught that Saratoga he did catch a Barramundi haha.

Iâve never heard of this species before this but Iâll tell you what I do know. The bass we know of in America are the black basses (genus: microputus) they are in the sunfish family centrarchidae. The Australian bass is in the percichthyidae family but they share the same order with the American black basses (perciformes)

Its constant posting and the CZcams algorithm back in 2017 it made alot of fishing channels blow up. He was one of them that did and has consistently grown since then. Also being affiliated with big brands helps but you have to have a good following to get sponsors.
