Replace Hand Grips On A Mountain Bike. Hand grips were all tore up. Had to replace. Step by step procedures on how I changed out the hand grips on my mountain bike using Bell Dual Density bicycle grips.

Hey, Bill, that thin washer you took off prevents friction between the grip and the shifter as you turn it. You should leave it in place for best function.

Hey you put them on backwards. Haha, just kidding, or am I? I just bought the same ones at Walmart couple days ago. Caught them on clearance for $3.50 in the bike Isle.
