Soo my young sis got her period and I can't of don't know what to tell her bc she does even know what it is but she's 13 and she has gymnastics so do I tell her about a tampon?? Plss help me idk what to do and she to scared to tell my mom help
you should tell your mom it would be the best option
Everyone has diff preferences but I personally think tampons are easier to use for athletics :)
