Hi, I have filed eb2 niw concurrent, and my i140 is about to approve ( I have submit rfe and it almost 70 days now, it should be approved within 90 days right?) I just wandering how long it takes to get approval for i485 after i140 approval if it filed concurrent?

It can take up to 6 months or more after I140 approval. I would suggest speaking to your attorney to get better estimate
