Optical Splicer is used for distributing connection to customers. and Optical Coupler is used for combining two technology so that both technology can co-exist in the single optical system. for example : in a system of GPON, we can install other more developed technology like XG-PON or XGS-PON.
Optical splicer not for taking multiple connection, it's for joining segments of optical fibres

I have a small question. What kind of multiplexing techniques or any other technique that our ISP's use, so that they can give different level of bandwidths to many many customers from a single optical fiber line?

What's the difference between optical amplifier and regenerator ckt?,,,,,they both are doing the same task of improving the weak signal...
Regeneration is again generating same singal while amplifier is increasing amplitude. So amplifier can have more noise compared to regenerator.

Thanks sir for this video... Sir but when signal gets weak we are using regenerator Or amplifier.both have the similar function of getting signal strength.then which one we will use in what condition.
In case of distortion of signal, we need regeneration of signal and if signal is attenuated then we we amplifier

Because we already used signal regenerater and it's also make signal strong ....
Instead of optical amplifier can we use signal regenerater??
Yeah, one can use signal regenrator, in case of noise effect.
One should use Amplifier in case of Attenuation.
Signal regenrator is costlier then Amplifier, so take care before you take decision.

If we have optical amplifier, then why do we need to go for optical re-generator ?
In regenerator, we eliminate noise and in Amplifier we don't eliminate noise

Drive Circuit controls the amount of current given to the light source. In this way intensity of light in light source is controlled.

Optical amp can not be used it produces higher noise.
What is the use of optical slice
I think if you run out of cabling but want more cable you need to join the cable using an optical splice
