Hi, it's Ivy again. One month after I left my last comment. I've started to get these awful headaches and migraines, almost every day. I can barely sleep at night, and I'm starting to see people that have passed away in my dreams. As I mentioned in my previous comment, a good friend of mine died. About a week ago, the pain in my head was so bad I felt like I was gonna die. Then I fell asleep, listening to this music, and I saw my friend in my dream. He told me it would be okay. I woke up, and my pain was gone. I dont know if it was God, or if I was just thinking about him so much, but I'm glad that I saw him. It reassured me. Pushed me forward. This channel has helped me get through so many hardships in my life, and I cant thank you enough, as well as the people in the comments. I hope you all have a nice sleep. Remember, don't overwork yourself. If you are in a situation where you are so stressed to the point of a mental breakdown, get yourself out of that situation. It sure helped for me to get out of school and start homeschooling. Please take care of yourself. I'm going to enjoy this music as I'm swept away by the waves into my sleep. Goodnight 💖

I suffer from severe anxiety, very bad panic attacks , I get them atleast twice a day if not more .... i get really sweaty, my body gets tingly & numb, my breathing gets harder too control & I start to cramp up to the point where I can’t even move .... as soon as I feel one coming I put relaxing music on & control my breathing... inhale 6 seconds, hold for 3, let out for 6 seconds, repeat over & over until I feel comfortable & relaxed ! It sucks being like this but I know I can over come this fear ! We can all over come it , it just takes a lot of believing.... one step at a time 👍🏼👍🏼

I started this video when I had a sleepover with some friends. Sadly.. I lost one of my friend’s some days after the sleepover but I still listen to this video. It reminds me of the memories I had with the friend. Everything we did, said and laughed about. I haven’t talked with him since two days after the sleepover which is almost a month ago. Sometimes some tears can fall down from my cheek and I smile. Because I had a great time with the person and I really miss him. But listening to this video makes me happy because I got to meet him and laugh with him.

U can try yoga hip opening, it releases alot of old sore (but if you are Johova I really don't know if you are aloud to do this but then using internet is also not aloud right?) But if you can start doing this trust me it really helps to get your system clean of course it will take time and effort to see the positive changes. I do yoga and meditation and that combination is very recommended, search the benifits and what desises it cures if you have any doubts. Wish u luck!

Pray. Make list. Anything that causes you pain stress sadness HAS TO GO!. That will mean ppl places and things love. But you come 1st so make whatever choices you need to to bring you peace. Also, a confidant would help tremendously. A friend, coworker, even a pet just someone to vent to that will not judge you. Meditation and solice. I used to have really REALLY bad attacks some years ago after I lost my baby. Tried therapy it help some however self love works wonders. Its just something about it that makes you feel free. Free from feeling judged free from expectations from and of other ppl. I hope you feel better and try some of the suggestions. It will take time but trust me you will her to where you want to be soon enough💖💙💛✌🏽

This video is beautiful to watch and I love the music. I could keep it on for hours and hours and not get bored of it. Whenever my friend comes over for a sleepover, we put it on when we want to relax at night or go to sleep. Even when I'm alone I find myself watching this, over and over again, because I feel so calm while watching it. It makes me feel at peace with the world and think about drifting away in the ocean to an island where it's only me and my friend. Me and that friend have spent a lot of the time of us together building a fake island in my room-- making the air smell like fruit, filling up spray bottles with cold water, turning on the fan and spraying it with the water so it spreads around like cool mist, making an island out of matresses, blankets, and pillows, putting stuffed animals and toys like snakes and tropical birds on the island to make them seem like real animals, and using infinity scarves and blankets to make fake water. We would calm down from anything that was bothering us before this or ever has bothered us, falling half-asleep while chatting and laying down on the island with our heads in the 'water' and our minds at ease. In a way, it makes us feel a strange sense of belonging, as we stare at the glowing moon casting upon a dark sea of pure blue, and listen to the splashing of the water and the light notes of the soft music. This video means the world to me and it has been and always will be my favorite video on CZcams. It reminds me of peace and love, of hope and dreams, of my friend and I drifting off into the calm splashing sea. I can look at the moving ocean and the gorgeous moon in this video for so long without needing to change it..I've tried to find more videos like this one, but in the end I just circle back to this one. It has perfect calming music, a light gif that moves calmly without being too fast or too distracting, plus a neat mix of music and ocean/bird sounds that make it easy for me to feel tired or sleepy on even the most stressful day. I love the visuals, audio, and idea of the entire video in general, and so does my friend. We adore this video so much we must've added like 50+ views ourselves by now!! Usually my comments on CZcams videos are super short and mean nothing, but this one is really long because it means something. In fact, it means everything. Thank you so much for posting this video.

When I have rough times I listen to this, the music is almost healing my bad thoughts and turning they into sound waves to drift me away into a calm state, I suffered depression before, I’ve lost my friend from her selfish reasons and I’ve been bullied at my areas. I get pushed to the state when I break down , or collapse on the floor, but this helps me so much, I’m so grateful for your music ❤ [ I replied a while back, my old channel was chris afton but I changed it because I was in the fandom) but then again thank you so very much..❤❤
