I wish I were born back in the day. As a young man, I really appreciate modern music of today BUT my heart swells when I'm listening to how church music used to be! Thank you for sharing because I'm dwell in God's holy spirit right now!

Thank God for First Church of Deliverance. I have listened to the broadcast for over 40 years, and I'm 50 now, and live in Hawaii. And going to First Church is like going back home. Thank you Rev. Cobbs, Rev. Gray, and Rev. Porter. May God bless and keep you and my First Church of Deliverance family.

I was living in DC in the 60's, after Sunday nite services driving home we always listened to First Church in the car. Yep the signal reached that far. I learned to love that church. Move to NYC, joined Christian Tabernacle, which at that time was under the umbrella of First Church. Came to love the church even more. The choir is one of the greatest choirs in America. I really love this clip. Thank you. This is how u have church!!!!

I was born in 1956, and since that time I have been blessed to hear this choir. I have been so inspired by their offering of praise. I actually believe that it was this church that gave me the courage to start in Gospel Music. I can't conclude without saying thank you, to the late Rev. Clarence H. Cobbs and this great choir.

Back in the late 60's, an announcer from WVON would say "tomorrow is Sunday and you should take your family to church, my choice is the First Church Of Deliverance!!" This is why! May God keep you supplying these treasures!!!
