I hope so. We have bunch of family and prob had 8 rooms total and 4 rooms needed or be change because of dampness or AC not working well. Hopefully it’ll be better in June.
Thank you! We stayed four nights and cost extra for star class was total $400 for our stay. Overall I thought is was worth it. Butler was only able to make two dinner reservations for us. One at Teppenaki and one at Mexican restaurant. The others, we went early at 530 and got in pretty easily. Butler also sends food menu. Which is nice since they don’t have good app to use. Make sure you eat steak house, that was best restaurant there. Star Class swimming pool was less crowded so that was nice. Since we spent most of our days at the pool. Star class bar and grill was good. Really good waiter and waitress there and the food was overall good. Less crowded there. The free hour hydrotherapy was a nice experience. Very relaxing. Actually took 2 hours for our experience. The star class lounge is very basic. Very small area with very small gym upstairs. But it’s nice to have option to stop there and get drinks and snacks. There is suppose to be a star class entrance area for breakfast at Sol Cal buffet but when we are there they were low staff and didn’t have that line available for us to use. 😔 We never got turn down service. ☹️ One day free flow rider was good for kids. I’m not a drinker so I’m not sure about premium alcohol for star class.
Yes, air conditioner did not work in 3 of the 6 rooms we had. Rooms were very damp. ☹️ When you exit room to outside, glasses fogs up completely. My clothes felt damp just sitting on bed by end of day. The space and layout was nice thoguh
@@owen8uk we haven’t been to Moon Palace but we’ve been to The Grand @ Moon palace. Check the price difference. If not a lot, The Grand @ Moon palace was so worth it! We loved it there!
@Silvia Hoard Hello! I don’t remember either place having pool foam party when I was there. I would so choose Grand Moon over PH. Better food, better things to do. I remember them having DJ at pool. Let me see if I can find video of that!

How was this hotel. Read some negative reviews. Mail oh regarding damp in the rooms.
