it's hard to do that since a lot of the styles aren't strict on what you wear, it's just about colors and the vibe your outfit gives off. like visual kei has so many elements it would be hard to explain :(
There's also subcultures on top of that, Gothic is not just wearing black, i am myself victorian goth. And it's far different than the stereotypical goth style.

Decora actually means Decoration in japan, which technically means over accessorizing yourself with fun gadgets like colored socks, layered clothing, and cute hair pins and fun jewelry! So, you can wear black and white/monochrome and still be decora!
