That was cool. That's funny you said you couldn't tell people the best city to live in because I JUST watched a video where a Las Vegas Realtor was doing just that. He seemed to be scewing people away from "certain urban" areas and straight towards Henderson and Summerlin. I was a bit offended by his comments. But I liked this and do more of these! :)

We were so fixated in buying in Summerlin, Henderson, etc. and avoided NLV because of the "bad rep" but if you actually take time to explore the area like we did, we realized NLV is super underrated and ended up buying a new construction home in Valley Vista. Every city/area has it's share of negatives, just do your research and don't let naysayers affect your decision, unless they're paying for your mortgage.
Way to much traffic, Way to many people in Hendercrap...!!! Come to Scummerlin and talk to some good folk...lived here for almost 20 years...work off of Rainbow and 215...love it here...hopefully a return to some type of normal or maybe relocate to Park City or Jackson WY...??!! Keep talking to em Griswald...!!
