Focus movie synopsis:
Seasoned con man Nicky Spurgeon (Will Smith) takes a young woman named Jess Barrett (Margot Robbie) under his wing and becomes romantically involved with her. When she gets too close, he abruptly breaks up with her.
Three years later, Jess, now an accomplished con artist herself, shows up in Buenos Aires posing as a billionaire international race car owner and throws a loop into Nicky's latest, very dangerous scheme.

Well, Margot said she's seen will in his underwear, he has mirrors on his trailer ceiling, she also said on the set of focus they'd go dancing, etc together, he got her a Christmas tree, they had the best thanksgiving tgoether, plus the body language expert Jesus Enrique rosas and other experts did videos on their body language and it shows she likes will and there are times she's been asked questions by interviewers and she'll make classic signs of secrecy, attraction, etc plus she sometime stared at him in sanremo Like she's in love with him.

You're actually right. Actors who are paired for a movie often "flirt" to promote the movie. However, in their case, I'm not sure since it continued years after that movie. Margot answered 'Will Smith' when asked a secret question for a game on Fallon Tonight years after 'Focus', and refused to reveal the question. I'm sure they're great friends, though.
