@@circusshizshow Very true. 99% of the restaurants do not follow food safety measures. 70+ % have insect or rodent pests. Especially the ones in stip malls. When one restaurant has pests they all will have it. After the 3rd round of pest control most just don´t care anymore.
It’s about time. Me and my husband ate there a couple of times and the food was stale and days old and all they gave us half of a refund one time. They have addicts that are fixing the food and walk in the streets and they smell like drugs and alcohol and it’s horrible.
Yet you still ate there a couple of times: This is the reason these restaurants stay open and change nothing. Why should they? You still come back to eat trash prepared by addicts.
These corporate companies should have Roach and rat cameras placed in the hot spots on the floor and counters with motion detection to monitor restaurants after complaints.
I love dirty dining, but the way the reporter harrasses the employees instead of the owners is sick. The employees yes have a hand in cleaning but they aren't the owners who are in violation. I say use better tactics and find the actual owners instead of harrassing the employees and plastering their faces for the world to see. They just trying to make a living. It's the owner who needs to better train his ppl
The employees are there on a day to day basis and are participating in the filthy activities, so they are also responsible. You think the owner is in the kitchen preparing food?! No it’s usually the employees, dropping food, not washing their hands, or ensuring proper temperature, not sanitizing items, etc. so they should be held accountable as well as the owner and managers!

The owners hides, the management hides, leaving the vulnerable employees to answer on why their owners and mgmt allow them to do what they do. This is harassment. As a fellow resturant owner I agree that these health violations are horrible but going into kitchens and harassing them for answers is not a good way to gain content for your channel. Most of these restaurant owners have large families to support, and by filming these episodes on their restaurants will heavily impact their sales therefore affecting their entire family. Yes, these violations must end, but this harassment must end.

My daughter worked at well known restaurant as a cook she said they was chasing a fat rat in the kitchen and it ran right into their gallons of hot cooking oil. They just took it out and kept serving bcus it would've took some time to heat fresh oil. The inspector can't catch everything thats more disgusting than dead roaches on the floor. Lol
