तलाक जैसे भी हो औरत इददत पूरी किये बगैर आजाद नही होती दूसरी शादी नही कर सकती इसलिए पति खर्च देता परन्तु इददत के बाद आजाद है अब वह दस या और बहुत से लोगों से बारी बारी शादी करे अगर चाहे तो परन्तु वह आदमी खर्च क्यों देगा जो उसका पति नही है क्योंकि शादी पति-पत्नी को एक साथ रहने का एक समझौता है कोई हमेशा के लिए एक दूसरे के बंधन में नही बंधता मुश्किलात में दोनों को हक है कि एकदूसरे से अलग और आजाद हो जायें । जो फैसला आया है उस से तो किसी चालबाज औरत को पति को छोड़कर करोड़पति और अरबपति बनने में समय नही लगेगा

Is that all Eye-wash and Brain-wash?
Why government, (on one hand gives women equal rights, equal pay, equal-job-opportunity, reservation to increase their quota, equal-boardroom presentation in public limited companies) suddenly sees women as a dependent child in the adult form. Why?
Suppose, men is divorced by women; Will these men be able to get similar alimony from his wife? - (just talking about equal rights).
Financial support be provided only to boys and girls under 18.
Marriageable age is about 18 and 21. In the event of divorce, one time settlement is good, then No contact. Or this topic of settlement should be left open for further deliberation.
So who gets alimony and who is the provider, will be determined by allegations, evidence, proof and what not.
Such odd laws now under consideration in SC CrPC will pave way for dysfunctioning of marriage Institution.
And Bad laws increases crime rates because the people do not find exit for their emotions and anger, but only suffocation.
