Wake Up!! PURE ISOCHRONIC TONES for A Powerful Morning Energy Boost

  • As requested, a pure tone version of last week's morning energy booster, featuring identical frequencies. Pure tones, especially isochronics, can provide an extra powerful brainwave entrainment experience. If you're not used to pure tones this may be a little overstimulating at first, but after a while, especially when listened to in the morning while lying in bed, the feeling can be quite euphoric! As always, turn the volume way down to a comfortable level.

    Wake up early with these powerful energy boosters, which use a combination of beta and gamma waves to make you feel more alert and focused in the morning, or any time you're feeling a little groggy.
    Switch between two tones, one high pitched; the other low-pitched, and find which works best for you.
    1. Low - 00:00:00
    2. High - 00:30:00
    ▶ Specs
    The frequencies ascend from Beta 18hz to Gamma 40hz over the course of 30 minutes.
    ▶ How Do I Listen?
    Listen through headphones in the morning, as you awaken - you may want to set your alarm for 30 minutes before your normal wake up time. You don't necessarily have to listen all the way through, though this is recommended if you've under-slept. My advice would be to listen for at least 15-20 minutes in order to experience the full benefits of brainwave stimulation.
    ▶ Post Your Feedback
    We love reading your feedback - if you find this beneficial (or even if you don't...please be gentle!), we'd like to hear from you below. How much of a difference does this make for you? How long does the effect last after listening?

    Back to these again, I used to listen to all the time isochronics, binaural beats.
    Some people have to remember that not all videos give you positive brain power/focus/alertness.
    Keep that in mind. I've woke up in pain and in great tiredness and this has been better than a couple of coffee.
    Of course I have my other methods of waking up as well to power me through the day. Don't forget to stretch! God Bless! Fight the Enemy in Yourself ! Don't be lazy. Be wavy !

    First off, thank you for posting this! It's amazing to have access to something this effective for free. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (MD diagnosed, not self-diagnosis) and yesterday--a cold, rainy day in southern California--I was lying on my couch at 4pm facing another day where I had no energy to get anything done. I found this audio while surfing CZcams and listened to it for about 15 minutes. Afterwards, I got up, went to the gym and swam 16 laps, went grocery shopping, and came home and invited a friend over to hang out (socializing is often too much of an energy drain for me). I will start using it every day and report back more results soon, but I have a question or two. First, do I need to listen to this meditatively, or can I be reading or going over my "to do" list while I listen? Second, do I need to start at the beginning each time, or is it the same tone and frequency all the way through? I prefer the low tone--I can feel my whole body subtlely vibrating sometimes when I'm listening. You guys really are "brain hackers!" ;)

      @thebrainwavehub  Před 6 lety +23

      Thank you for your comment!! You can listen passively or actively - personally I like to listen with an empty mind right after I wake up. I'd say listen from the start as the frequencies raise gradually to the gamma (40hz) region, so the effect will be more pronounced. By the way I'm also a long time sufferer of CFS - it's one of the reasons I became interested in brainwave entrainment, which has helped a lot. It does get better over time providing you maintain a healthy diet. Hopefully there will be more conclusive research over the coming years with regards to what causes it exactly!

    • @davidc.2878
      @davidc.2878 Před 6 lety +9

      The Brainwave Hub 😮 surprised to know you have CFS as well. Thanks for sharing that. Are there other tracks you find particularly helpful for the condition? And thanks for the answers to my questions. I, too, hope they figure out the cause. I eat a pretty healthy, gluten free diet-what diet choices have helped you?

      @Glasswing Thank you I benefited greatly from the info you shared. I think you have a great point on gluten. Processed food in general is just toxic to our bodies in so many ways. I'm going to see if bakery breads are easier on my stomach.

  • @thebrainwavehub
    @thebrainwavehub  Před 6 lety +35

    A good time to listen to this would be as soon as you awaken, while lying in bed. At this time your brainwave activity is still relatively slow, and so beta/gamma brainwave stimulation can accelerate the speed at which you reach peak performance and focus. Never use while driving!

      If I combine this with music(that's not as loud as the beat), the song wouldn't overtake the effects of the binaural?

    • @thebrainwavehub
      @thebrainwavehub  Před 6 lety +1

      If it's not too loud it should be fine, but you have the added benefit of the isochronics, which will cut through if the binaural doesn't.

    This is probably a stupid question, but is it possible for the first part to be "pretty good" and the second part to make it seem as if I'm getting a "sore throat" type of feeling? I know it sounds weird, or I'm setting myself up for some type of punchline with that line alone(heh--I just thought of a good one😁)...but seriously, it wasn't a feeling where I was debating if it was or wasn't, but I had to pull the ear buds out because that was quicker than turning down the volume or stopping it altogether. It's ok now. The only thing I can properly compare it to is when one has to chew gum to "pop" one's ears when flying at a high altitude. But the first part was pretty f'ing awesome!👍🏻
