Yet another really enjoyable search through a rare and historic half pound world coin search for my foreign series - was able to get a ton of bags to search, and I can't wait to go through them with you. I also plan to sell many of these coins - at least the ones I didn't keep for my collection - in upcoming auctions, which will be really fun. I get these bags from different coin dealers who I have connections with, and unbox them coin by coin, looking for rare, old, collectible, or even just neat coins that unveil history from all around the world. Today's selection was fun and provided us with some neat learning - hope that you enjoyed!

Love your videos. I've been collecting foreign coins for about 50 years. A lot of the coins you are showing are represented in my collection, but occasionally you show some that I don't have.

My father was at an estate sale and saw a plastic bagged taped up and marked mixed foreign coins $10. Now my dad knows absolutely nothing about coins, his eyes are nit good enough to tell what is on the coins, he can't tell if voins are silver. Over the phone, all he could tell me that there appears to be a pretty good mix and there was at least 50 coins in the bag. So, took a chance and bought it. I ended up with 4 silver canada quarters, 2 dimes, a 1945 half and 1963 5 mark. About $24 melt. Plus 1866 farthing. 1906 1 Heller and 1913 pfpenning. There was about 80 more coins but nothing else exciting or valuable. Will be posting a video on it in the next week or two.
